This annual event at the Missouri Botanical Garden runs two days during the first week of October. It's a veritable treasure trove of locally produced food items, jewelry, furniture, art, home decor and even perfumes and soaps. It's always amazing to discover the products created right in our own backyard.
It can get pretty crowded here. They set up several tents and it can really be claustrophobic at times. But that's a good excuse to get out and listen to the live music, milk a cow (really-I've done it), check out some barnyard animals or sniff around the Garden. Very kid friendly.
