My dog's been here for boarding and grooming (separate occasions).  They did a great job, very thorough with his bath, cut and de-matting.

For boarding they require vaccination records and any associated paperwork with medical history, and will not accept/service dogs who are not current with shots. However, be forewarned that they are opportunistic with boarders as they apply additional charges for "one-on-one" or "group" play times for your pet. Bonus: food is included in boarding fee and they have a couple higher-grade varieties (Euchanuba). Minus: They are not open on Sundays except for pick-up, and will automatically charge another 24 hours' rate for commerce on (and after) this day.

The staff seems knowledgeable, and the system is well-run. You will receive phone reminders a couple days before any scheduled appointment for confirmation. My dog seems to be happy everytime I've picked-him up - no change in behavior or energy level.
