I've not one single complaint!  I've visited this restaurant both dine in and take out.  The restaurant is clean, service was fast, staff was friendly, prices aren't bad and the food is to die for!

My family and I HIGHLY recommend the following:  Roasted Artichoke Fonduta (Appetizer Dip w/ Olive Oil, Garlic & Seasoned brushed Pita Bread), Chicken Piccata (If you don't know then you should get familiar!), Shrimp Rossini (Pasta w/ signature tomato sauce with a kick), Silano (Classic Brick Oven Pizza white w/ chicken and broccoli), Scallop di Mare (Artisan Brick Oven Pizza white w/ scallops & peppers).  I'm not a big fan of Spaghetti Pasta.  However, their spaghetti is thin & spiral grooved;  I love the way it holds the dish's succulent flavors!  YUM YUM YUM!!!

Last but not least we highly recommend trying the Mascarpone Cheesecake, Five Layer Chocolate Cake and Tiramisu!  I can't wait to keep "ticking" dishes that I've tried off of the menu as everything looks so delicious!

Right now, for a limited time, on their website they have a sweet deal.  If you setup an account with your email for takeout you get $10.00 off of a $20.00 order!!!

Don't come here unless you're hungry...lol...great tasting hot rolls and
a glass of wine to start. The pizza choices are amazing - scallop, shrimp,
and a wide variety of choices to choose from. The service is always great
    at this location too !!!

1st off let me address the other reviews, yep it's a chain, it's a chain that started in Boston though, so the long stretch all the way to Waltham really isn't hurting the chain. Also, Kristine's right, the location is bad, never enough parking durring lunch, the 'traffic circle' because it sure ain't a rotary, can make you use more 4 letter words then chopping off your own finger.

However, if, you do get inside, you find a beautiful looking resteraunt. The huge glass front allows lots of light into the dining room even durring a rainy dismal day.

I have only been here for lunch, and the servers do push the lunch specials, as they should because it keeps the stress off the kitchen, and everyone back to work on time. If you don't want a lunch special that's fine, I'm just saying, don't think the servers are pushy they just are making the recomendations that they are told to.

Whoever I'm with, we normally go for one of the lunch special, the serving size is perfect for a lunch, add in a 'half' insalada to start and your good to go back to work for the rest of the day.

So why 3 out of 5, well as beautiful as the glass front is, it often causes quite a draft as well, and not only do I get cold, but sometimes my food does too before I"m finished. Plus there always seems to be something wrong everytime I go. Wrong drink, wrong bill, wrong waiter taking a 2nd order or asking if we've been helped (once with the food already on the table).

I would still go for lunch, but not for dinner since it's out of my way.

Hit or miss, depending on the server.  The food is the same as the other Bertucci's.  Note, this location tends to be busy at lunch. If in a hurry, try McDonalds or Panera (across the street in Woburn Mall).  If you have, say, an hour, Bertucci's Woburn is ok.

This Bertucci's used to make a great Margaritta pizza. It's a pizza I always looked forward to driving to pick up. Last month I picked up my pizza drove home and found an uncooked paper thin pizza that we couldn't even eat. I wrote a complaint and received a $25 gift card to try again. Tonight we ordered our usual. Drove to pick it up and opened the box to check before leaving the restaurant. Horrified, it was undercooked again. While waiting for a manager the next customer to pick up a pizza was equally horrified to find her pizza raw. I'm shocked and don't understand what happened. Dispite the fact they put it in the oven and tried to make it better, it tasted horrible. One times a mistake. Second time is a problem. I will not be giving this place a 3rd try when there's so many awesome locally owned pizzerias in Waltham.

As a larger chain restaurant, I was anticipating a mediocre experience but the restaurant stood out as a very clean, comfortable environment.  I liked the decor of the place and the service was really very good.  For dinner, I tried the Taste of Bertucci's which was a plate of fetticini alfredo, chicken parm and penne with sausage for $16.  The cup of minestrone it came with was great but the pasta was pretty forgettable.  I didn't care for the consistency of the penne, the chicken parm was good but the cheese was melted over way too much, and the fetticini was cooked well but the sauce was too salty.  Probably more specific to my pasta preferences but overall the meal was still pretty good.  The sangria ($6) and the minestrone soup were the high lights of the meal.  A comfortable neighborhood restaurant for families.

I didn't expect much from Bertucci's before I went there, thinking it would be like an Uno's type place (I'm not a big fan of the Uno's chain)...but I was pleasantly surprised!  I've enjoyed everything I've had there.  Great place to go for lunch too....I like their lunch specials and sandwiches.  I also like the rolls.

This location gets one less star because it's in a TERRIBLE location.  I find myself making the sign of the cross when I'm nearing that intersection.  And I'm an atheist.

I can't not believe this place only has 1 review! I absolutely love this Bertucci's. Great, friendly service served along with great food.

I love the Tuscan chicken. The chicken piccatta is awesome! For only $13.99 you get a huge plate of pasta, plus your plate of chicken piccatta, AND you get your choice of soup or salad. I always get the Italian sausage soup - yum! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

You can't go wrong with Bertucci's!

My favorite chain Italian restaurant especially for lunch. I know a lot of people look down on chain restaurants. I do too. However, each Bertucci's location/decor seem different (not cookie cutter).

I like this location because they have a nice bar to sit at when I am dining alone. There was one time I dragged my co-workers here for lunch and dinner for 3 days in a row until they rebelled. :)

The service is typically quite good. The lunch specials are really good. I usually go for the Rigatoni Abruzzi (rigatoni with sweet Italian sausage and roasted peppers) which comes with unlimited salad and bread for $8. The sausage has a nice mild taste, and the roasted peppers are really good. I had the Chocolate Budino for dessert once. The Budino is a very nice, rich and creamy chocolate mousse served in a martini glass. You will like this if you like chocolate.

I've been to this location with my parents on two occasions, and sadly, I have found it generally disappointing. I can understand that their main focus in brick oven pizza, but the rest of there menu which supposedly boasts authentic Italian food, is simply not very extensive and is quite limited. Many of the nice dishes that I have seen at several other Italian restaurants I do not see here. Some of these dishes are standard dishes that you should be able to find anywhere.

I was there this past Saturday evening with my folks for dinner. Our waiter was inattentive and a little spaced out. I ordered a dish that I requested to put together myself. It was a Salmon dish that was served over spinach, but I wanted pasta. I asked for the substitute, and what was brought out was the salmon on one dish, asparagus on another, and a side of pasta in a bowl. It made it difficult to eat, and was a very awkward presentation. My mom wasn't too thrilled with her eggplant parmigiana, but my dad loved his lobster ravioli. I guess it was an off night for them, but is surprising since it was a Saturday evening. We'll try some other places around the neighborhood before we come back.

Yum!  I can't think of a better way to eat pizza than to eat Bertucci's!  On a recent trip back to Boston, this was the only restaurant my bf and I were able to find located in the vicinity of our hotel.  Lucky for me, my bf is a pizza fiend!

The first night was a no-go as it was 10 minutes to closing, but we lucked out on our 2nd night.  we got there about 45 minutes to closing and even though they were in clean-up mode and we were pretty much the only ones there, we were never rushed in any way.  Our server actually turned out to be a nice and friendly guy.  Always smiling, even though I'm sure thanks to us, he might be stuck there a little longer after closing.  I was impressed with the service that we got and it was nice not to have to wait long for our food as I'm sure it was the only food still cooking in the kitchen!

I grew up on Bertucci's so I knew what to expect, but it was my boyfriend's first experience with their pizza.  Now I can't get him to stop asking me to take him back to Bertucci's!

Had lunch here the other day.  We shared a large Sporkie (my favorite) along with salad and the famous rolls.  Service was quick, almost too fast.  We were in and out in about a half hour, and had time to kill before returning to work.  Would've preferred a slower lunch.

The location is horrendous.  It's very difficult to get to because you have to contend with all the Winter St / Rt 95 traffic.  Once you successfully enter the complex, your met with an insanely cramped parking lot.  It is difficult to find a spot, especially during lunch, and I even had to back out of an aisle to let another car exit thanks to the fabulous parking jobs of a couple SUVs.  There are a few other restaurants (Sato, Green Papaya) and shops there as well.

Other than that, the food was great.  The Sporkie came out hot and delicious with that signature Bertucci's brick-oven flavor.  Our server was pleasant and attentive.  My only other complaint is there weren't any booths that I saw.  We sat at a small table in the middle of the floor, surrounded rather close by tables along the wall.  Not a big fan of tables - feel too much in the open.  But, as I work in the area, I'm sure I'll be back!

Consistency is great one word definition for this place.  Yes it is a chain, but the pizza is well attended to in the brick oven.  Never a hot spot with burned crust.  I dig the new pizza verde.  Balsamic reduction with arugala and prosciutto.

Bertucci's might be a chain, but they do Italian well.

I got the chicken marsala and it comes with a side of pasta and a soup or salad. What a great value!

The service here is attentive and quick, but it was also relatively quiet when I was here. I am not surprised because it's in a plaza that's in a strange location.

I found this place via the Yelp app on the iPhone, but if you know where it is, check it out! True, it's a chain, but if there was one near me, I'd hang out there for a sure-fire delicious meal from a brick oven!

i remember coming to this exact location on my 18th birthday. i was visiting family, en route to my first year in college. gasp! the butterflies.

i wonder what i ordered then.

because it took me a good twenty minutes to decide what to eat. and not entirely because i didn't know what i wanted, since at first glance it was definitely going to be the margherita pizza, but it took the waiter twenty minutes to come back after dropping off the menus and bread. i spent all that time second guessing myself, which proved to be useless, by the way because i ended up ordering the pizza.

the food came in a timely manner, after which our server disappeared. again.

were they understaffed? i'm not sure.

i was pleasantly surprised to find that the mozzarella was much fresher than i thought it would be but i wasn't a fan of the crust, not thin enough for my liking.

and a huge round of applause from everyone at the restaurant for whoever dropped all those dishes when i was on my way out! (no, it really happened.)

2 stars, why? service of course. sure the rolls are good and the piccada is the norm youd find at any tuch, but the waiter was b a d. i think he had a three table station (yup thats waiter talk, so you knows im a former dub) and its not like he had a party of 17, just us and another 5 top (more shop talk) and he was the worst. unfortunately i picked up the check or else i would have seen my uncle leave a 4% tip on 80, which would have been about right but not nice, but funny (for me, not the waiter)

    ciao you later tuch

I have been to Bertucci's several times over the years and was always fond of it.  Sure, I can be a food snob that tries to steer clear of chain restaurants, but this one breaks the mold.  I stopped in for a late lunch with my friends, and we all loved it.  The service was beyond friendly and quite quick.  We were greeted with a basket of the best rolls ever--crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside.  The group of us decided to share the Portobello al Forno appetizer, which is a large portobello mushroom stuffed with four cheeses and baked in the oven.  It was warm, gooey, and savory.  We then shared the Silano Brick Oven Pizza, which was covered with chicken, broccoli, mozzarella cheese, and a lemon cream sauce.  I know the ingredients do not sound like the best mix, but they really make a tasty blend.  I will definitely continue to frequent this scrumptious, above average chain.

Since this place is close by to work, I've gone here a few times for lunch. I love Italian food, but Bertuccis just isn't that good. I do love their rolls and the salad so two stars for that, but the pizza and the pasta are just OK. And the prices are not that reasonable so I am expecting better. It's a place I want to like, because there are not too many options right close, but they are just mediocre. And I don't do mediocre!

Lunch is busy on weekdays as a number of business folks are trying to get that good quick meal in before going back to work in the afternoon. The waitstaff is quick and courteous - no complaints here.  Matter of fact, I have no complaints anywhere except for possibly just the ambiance. I think it's quite casual and well, I can't consider it a romantic place - matter of fact, it's quite loud. I was starving when I visited Bertucci's that day - I had steak and scarfed it all down. It was nice and juicy, but not spectacular.

Bertucci's kind of reminds me of the Olive Garden, not quite fast food Italian, but not NYC Italian either. Their bread is good. I had one of their brick oven pizzas which wasn't bad, but living in NYC, it doesn't compare. Plus, $7 for a Stella Artois?! Mediocre, probably deserves more like 2.5 stars...

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR LUNCH DELIVERY!

This store is surrounded by lots of office parks so they offer to deliver during lunch and dinner time.  They are consistently late, like 45 - 60 minutes late and never take the initiative to call and say that they're running behind.

The managers as a whole are a bunch of a**es and make absolutely no effort to resolve the issue or offer even a discount. Not even a sorry! Truly a bunch of overwhelmed amateurs. I would not recommend this place ever!

Do not eat here. I'm not a picky eater, but I had to send back my food 2 different times and still didn't eat. First, I got the Tuscan Vegetable Torta with Chicken and was so excited for it. I asked for no cheese, but when it came out it had some. I figured whatever, mistakes happen and dug in. All of the vegetables were cold as if they were cooked days ago and refrigerated. I dough was also raw as well and it had no chicken in it. After waiting 15mins to get my waitress over to the table, I told her about it and asked for the Polomatch pizza instead. This was on special and used to be my favorite pizza at Bertuccis back in the day. I also figured a pizza place cant mess up pizza. After waiting an additional 15 mins the pizza came out. It was lacking sauce on half of it, but I was so hungry I didn't care. I took a bite and it was raw. The whole pizza was raw. So I sent it back and concluded my dinner at that point. I talked with a manager and he didn't sound mad at all. It's like he didn't care. Never offered a apology or a gift card for the bill I had to pay, nothing. Just wanted to inform everyone of the nightmare.  I won't be back at a pizza chain that has no quality control, proper management, and can't make pizza.

WARNING! Do not get food delivered! I love the food, prices are great off the family style menu, but they just can't seem to get it right! WITH directions I specifically gave, they still showed up on the wrong side of the building. I asked them to call if they were going to be late, because being on time was very important to me and if they could just let me know, even if the driver was 5 minutes late. No phone call, 2 calls to the store, no word from the driver and 25 minutes later he strolls in the office. I rave about the food and prices in the office, unfortuanately they are never reliable and with meetings sometimes daily, we cannot afford for lunch to show up late. I have ordered from this store over and over again, they are always late, never reliable, I cannot do this anymore :( When I called the manager this time he said it was a bad day and it was hard to hire quality staff. I accepted his apology but they have had too many bad days and we will have to order from another vendor.
