Well, their customer service rep responded quickly and I beleive the situation has been fixed. I will try again and have upgraded their rating

They got me again. After I wrote this review they sent me a gift card. I went to spend the gift card 3/22 and guess what, "It wasn't any good". I ended up having to pay for my meal. What a crappy restaurant

Worst service ever. I called in an order for a pizza, when I arrived the pickup person told me that a server took the order adn she would be there soon. Well soon was 15 min and my pizza was sitting in the warmer anyway. Then the order was wrong and I had to wait again. Total time 40 minutes, then she threw the pizza at me and said "Sorry about that" worst service ever.

LOUD. This is my main impression of Bertucci's. LOUD.
Pizza was good but needed another couple of minutes in the oven. Service was prompt except for flagging down for the bill so we could get away from the LOUD

Buy some floor standing dividers or something and throw another hot brick in that oven.

Dining companions enjoyed their Filet and eggplant parm but my tradition is to always order pizza if the restaurant's name includes "pizza"

The service was good.  They have great bread, however I was not a big fan of their "Chicken Parma."  It was like their version of Chicken Parmigiana and it wasn't so good.  Also, they do not have a good selection of desserts.  I would recommend the margherita pizza, that is good!
