I moved to San Francisco from the east coast 3 months ago. I cut and highlighted my hair before I moved wholeheartedly believing that I would fly 3,000 miles every 3 months to have my stylist maintenance my hair. Ridiculous...yes. However, in my defense I have very curly hair and pale skin. Those of you with really curly hair (even if you straighten it like I do) can understand the need for a great haircut and color that doesn't completely wash you out. I think most women have experienced the anxiety that results from the search for a new stylist to trust with your hair. So...as advised, I turned to Yelp. After 2 hours of reading reviews in search of a reasonably priced salon that provides quality service..I found one:)
I noticed that I did not leave myself enough time to get there and find parking. I called the salon a couple of minutes before the appointment to let them know I was running a few minutes late due to lack of parking. The very nice young lady that answered the phone was not only patient/kind, but gave this new girl a little advice about where to park quickly and close. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly by several employees and immediately offered coffee, tea, water....which is always nice.
I came in with dry, split ends and seriously awful roots. Nishat listened to what I wanted and delivered!!!! She offered her opinion on what she thought would compliment me and talked to me about options. She was bubbly and very easy to talk to. The end result...a haircut I love and color that brightened my eyes and skin tone:)
THANK YOU NISHAT!!! I will be seeing you again!!! -

I am sorry Berenice, but this time... it was all wrong.
I decided after several years of highlights, I wanted something different. I called Berenice Hair Salon since I had such an awesome experience the last time I went here. The receptionist set me up with a stylist, Nishat that specialized in ombre hair. I was totally psyched cause I was getting a new style to suit my new year!
I came in and the service as usual was great! The stylist greeted me and we had our consultation. I told her I wanted a new style other than highlights and told her I wanted a ombre style hair. Showed her a picture of someone that had it done and told her I want it exactly like that. I randomly asked if I needed a base dye because the picture I showed her, the lady had dark brown hair (close to black) and light brown ombre tips. My hair was medium reddish brown with golden caramel highlights. The stylist said no, so I went with her decision. If you read my other hair reviews, I am really not a person to micromanage my hair. My mentality is, you are the professional, you went to school to work on hair and I don't have that experience. So, I trust any stylist to do my hair and make me look good. So the next thing she asked me was, do I want to bleach my hair to make the ends lighter? We had a conversation about bleaching and at the end, I said ok, let's give this a try!
When she was in the middle of foiling my hair with bleach, she was getting closer to the top of my scalp and bleaching my hair to the roots. In my mind I was thinking "hmmm.... I don't think ombre is like this"... but I kept my mouth shut. After all, she was the specialist that can do ombre.
At the end of the process, I was not truly able to see my hair in natural light. It was around 6pm, the sun was down and the lighting in the salon was bad. So, I said "I guess it looks ok." Nishat did tell me that the ends will get lighter in time because of the bleaching. So I was prepared to come in about 2 weeks to get it retouched.
The next morning, I realized the stylist missed a patch of bleached hair! I had one thick patch of bleached hair located close to the back of my neck and the overall style was basically highlights! Not what I asked for. I was just disappointed and mortified. There was no ombre to this hairstyle on my head! and it didn't look like the picture I showed her!
After a month of having this BAD style (and having it up in a ponytail to hide the bad hairstyle), I went to my main stylist that always cuts my hair and had him dye the whole thing a solid color to hide the bleached patches and my so called ombre style (which ended up being just a bad highlight session).
I am sad to give this salon a bad review, but don't set someone up if you know that your stylist can't do the requested style right.
I will come back in the future for highlights with Blair, but I don't think I will come back here for the latest hair trends, they need more practice before taking on clients with this request (especially for the amount I paid for this style)... or provide me pictures to show me they can do it right.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Rob Banks, you are my hair angel.
I dyed my hair last fall from a light, light blonde to a deep auburn for something new. I liked the change, but little did I know just how much time, money, and manual labor it would be to take me back to my blonde self. I came in to Berenice back in February after reading nothing but raves about Rob, naively thinking I'd be blond after one appointment. Rob, being the honest and direct hairstylist he is, told me straight up that I would damage my hair and wallet if I tried to get back to blond in one day. I was disappointed as I was hoping for a more instantaneous transition, but I trusted Rob with every strand on my head.
Now, almost 9 months and hundreds of (happily spent!) dollars, I am back to a hair color that I love and get compliments on constantly. Every step of the process my color got better and better - I always left the salon feeling great about my hair, but somehow with the way Rob used color, my hair would continue to lighten SO well the weeks following my appointment. I won't even dare going to anyone else for hair color, and if you are blond or thinking of going blond, you should definitely make an appointment with Rob. -

Tami is amazing!!! I don't know what else to say. I have straight hair and was a little concerned because her reviews for mostly curly haired people. I went in the first time and showed her an old photo of myself and I couldn't have asked for a better cut. I have been back multiple times since and her cuts and color are both fantastic!

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. I had made an appointment for an updo (that I only made the day before), but arrived half an hour late (as I was stuck on a work call that I just couldn't get off). I had sent the salon an email (as I was on my phone, so couldn't call), but they don't have access to email at the front desk, so they never received it and the stylist who was supposed to have done my hair had left when I didn't show up... understandable.
I was ready to go back home and tackle my updo myself whilst lamenting how ridiculously late I was going to be for my event, when the lady at the front desk started moving heaven and earth to try and fit me in. They sorted out a plan and shared my updo between two stylists. Nishat went to work tonging my hair, whilst I did my makeup in the salon, then, she ran out in the rain to my car to collect my dress for me, whilst MarieCruz started pinning my hair up.
I left the salon with a fantastic updo, makeup finished, and fully dressed! They knew I was going to a wedding, but they didn't know it was actually my wedding (I didn't want to stress anyone out even more!). I arrived on time, we got married, and it was fabulous. My sincere thanks to the team at Berenice who ensured I arrived at my wedding on time, without even knowing that's what they were doing. I would definitely be back. -

Cirilo is amazing!! After getting horrible highlights at another salon, Cirilo performed a miracle and made my hair beautiful again. He was very thorough during our consultation and talked me through all the options. I was distraught over my hair and he was so kind and comforting. It is obvious that he is very knowledgeable and incredibly skilled!
For your reference, I have long, thick, light brown hair with blonde highlights. He's a master at making color look natural and beautiful.
Additionally, I'd like to say that everyone in the salon was pleasant and professional. It was a wonderful environment, and I'm excited to go back! -

If you have curly hair - Go Here!!!!
I'm Irish, and I was blessed with curly hair as a lot of gals are in my family. For years I had straight hair cuts, which looked good and all, but never seemed to flow correctly. A stylist there recommended I come back for a **deva** haircut. A few months later I booked an appointment with Maricruz and got my deva hair cut.
It is awesome. I will now only ever get the deva. It made the biggest difference ever. And she gave me some great styling tips. I've gotten tons of compliments.
Tips:
1. Make sure to specify you want a deva cut when booking. Only certain stylists can do it (Maricruz is amazing).
2. Make sure you wear you hair styled curly when you go in & listen and follow all the instructions for prior to cut.
3. Know that it's going to be a bit more than your average cut price. Well worth every penny, I promise you. :)
Thank You Berenice & Maricruz! I am no longer fighting a losing battle with my curls! :) -

@Blair Everett
I have been going to Blair for about a year now. Best color and cut I have ever had. Only stylist that figured out for my particular hair I had to have double pigment in the front and single pigment in the back or the color wouldn't hold. Now it stays for twice as long and doesn't look colored at all. The style is what I would call professional in the front and party in the back. Just what I wanted. I will follow Blair wherever she goes. She's the best and always does whatever she can to work you in to her busy schedule. Going to see her Saturday. They do by appt. and walk-ins as well. Street parking is limited, but just go a couple of blocks in either direction off of Union Street and you'll always find parking. -

Kristin Gore is every blonde marina girl's dream! I am SO SO SO particular about my blonde highlights. I've been getting them done for 10 years now and I like them to look natural and have dimension and not go the orangy route. I'm definitely a brunette (last I checked), so it's hard for some hair stylists to figure out how to make it happen. She gets SUPER close the roots so it looks like you are a natural blonde and mixes the colors perfectly so you get the exact effect that you want. She's also great at suggestions if you want to try something new or leave it up to her. She's so picky about her beautiful blonde hair too, that she even highlights her own hair (gotta have the best)! She's also super cute, and easy to talk to... If you're a blonde, go to Kristin!!!

My hair was completely fried. Even the short, jagged layers on top were fried. The parts that had grown long were growing in thin and uneven, so in certain light and pictures my hair looked thin at the bottom and thick on top. It was awful! Based on the positive yelp reviews, I decided to give Berenice a try. They were able to fit me in very quickly. Nishat worked her magic! I walked in simply saying "I'd like it to look healthy and better than it does now!" so I pretty much gave the girl carte blanche to do what she could. First she gave me a thorough wash with B&B's Mending Shampoo, then after spritzing the tonic, she started cutting. Then she added B&B Texture, and blow dried my hair completely. Then she cut into the dry hair. This I believe is where she really showed her talent for hair design. It seems as though she cut a style to flatter the shape of my head, if that makes sense. She cut with my hair's natural wave, as opposed to against it. The style is very flattering to my facial features and my age. The layers make my hair look like it has texture, and like it's actually thick and lustrous. I walked out of the salon looking and feeling much better than I'd expected armed with B&B Mending products, as well as B&B Texture for that beachy look that I've always loved but didn't think I could pull off. Yes I can! Thank you Nishat. You're great.

Cirillo does great work on both women AND men!
About 4 years ago, a close friend of mine with long beautiful hair started to experiment with color and streaking. She tried about 5 different looks before making a final choice, but all along the way each of her "trials" looked fantastic and natural. And that's when I got turned on to Cirillo. His coloring work has been fantastic. He is kind, funny and talented. One thing I appreciate is that he asks you what look you have in mind and then offers advice about what he can do and what he thinks will work best for you.

Kristin Gore is the best thing that has ever happened to my hair!
I will admit I am not the easiest client to deal with, I have high expectations and a strict budget. After trying a few salons around the city I was so dissappointed I was almost ready to let my hair go natural. I decided to give Kristin a shot because of some of her reviews on here, and I am sore happy that i did. I have been highlighting my hair blonde for years and i have never had someone do exactly what i wanted, as well as things didn't even know i wanted. She was able to handle my contrdictory requests of having an almost solid blonde look, while stil having the highlights grow out looking natural. I still can't believe how lucky I am to have found such an awesome stylist at an affordable price. To top it off she is one of the sweest people I have met! She is super easy to talk to and her stories will have you entertained through the whole process.
I'll be sticking with Kristin from now on. -

I've been seeing Nishat at Berenice for about 2 years now...not sure why it's taken me so long to write a review...
The people here are great. You're greeted with a smile and and offered a beverage while you wait/are seated.
I've called a couple times on my appointment days when I was running late or early and they've been super accommodating, seeing me early or waiting until I arrive without complaint, and they always say they appreciate the phone call.
Nishat is awesome! She is everything you want in a stylist. She is friendly and easy to talk to, and most importantly, good at her job. I always leave feeling like my hair looks great. She is receptive to ideas and makes good suggestions regarding your style or cut. I'm pretty boring when it comes to hair, haven't colored it in ages and lately have been doing the same trim. Buuut, I doubt that I would be disappointed if I wanted to branch out or even go crazy.
I do have one tiny complaint...I was put on hold once and waited so long I gave up and called back (it was over 5 minutes). I don't mind holding, but that seemed a little excessive. -

I have to say that I did my research through yelp and that's how I found Berenice and most importantly Kristin. This is my first ever review here. Risking to sound just like everyone else, Kristin Gore is so incredibly talented. Having been a devotee of an expensive salon downtown for years and worried that only they could get me the color/cut I wanted, meeting Kristin has been a revelation. She was funny, smart, very honest and did wonders to my color. My hair looks better than ever. Thank you Kristin! You deserve many clients and many stars....

As the two stars caption says: meh, I've experienced better. Much better.
As both my husband and I were new clients who found the place on yelp we would have thought that our stylist would have tried a little harder to keep us. Guess they don't need any new business.
Nishat spent about 5 mins washing, and another five cutting my hair, made zero chit-chat (I don't want your life story but would a smile and some questions about what I wanted be too much to ask for?) and basically gave me a pretty bad trim. My husband was happy enough with his first cut, so went back for another. Big mistake. She was sloppy, sullen and missed huge chunks of his hair. Won't be going back. -

This review is WAY overdue. I've been getting partial highlights and cuts from Tami Quan at Berenice Salon regularly for about 5 years. Not only is she a great stylist, but she's a total sweetheart and I always look forward to my appointments.
Regarding Tami's cuts...she's REALLY good about listening to what you want. Throughout the years, I've come in with different photos and style options as a reference. Tami has done each one perfectly and is great about asking me how I feel about the cut. I've gone from long to short bangs, long hair to short hair, layers to no layers. In the past I've had stylists who've decided to cut a little too much off. Sure it grows back, but it's nice to know that when you ask for an inch to be taken off, 4 inches of your hair hasn't vanished. Tami will actually LISTEN to what you're looking for. If you need advice, she's also really good about giving suggestions on what will be complimentary to the shape of your face.
Let's talk highlights. I have naturally blonde hair and partial highlights give my hair the extra special something it needs. The last time I was in Tami let me know she had some ORGANIC hair color she wanted to use. My initial thought was that my highlights wouldn't look as vibrant and the color wouldn't last as long. This wasn't the case at all. I absolutely LOVED them. There was no ammonia odor, my hair was really soft, and my highlights are still looking as vibrant as ever. Hello organic, bye bye color with chemicals!
One of my favorite parts about each appointment is at the end she always goes the extra mile and curls my hair to make sure I'm extra beautiful before leaving the salon for a night out on the town!! -

After reading the rave reviews here on Yelp, I decided to go to Berenice Salon for a consultation about getting either a deva cut (I have kinda unruly natural curls) or possibly trying bio-ionic straightening to get rid of all of my frizz. The only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted a new color - a deep, velvety copper. I was scheduled to see Blair because she could do either the deva cut or the straightening, and of course, also the color.
Blair really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She helped me to decide on bio-ionic straightening first, then the color and cut. While she straightened my hair, I was amazed by her meticulous work. It took 4 hours (that's just how long it takes, not a commentary on it taking too long!) but I left that day with the softest, most frizz-free hair I've ever had in my life. Blair had explained that the straightening process can lighten the shade of the hair before we started, so I wasn't shocked to see that my hair was lighter, although I wasn't thrilled with the way the ends looked. I knew (because Blair had been so thorough in her explanation beforehand) that I'd have to wait 10 days before getting the color & cut done, and that once we got my new, darker shade on my hair, plus did the cut, my hair would be much shinier and healthy-looking.
What I didn't anticipate was how gorgeous it would actually turn out! Holy cow, Blair performed a miracle on my hair! She was as meticulous with my color and cut as she was with the straightening. Blair is not only incredibly conscientious, she's also an absolute sweetheart.
I tend to get weirded-out by the intimacy of going to a salon, so I was skittish about treating myself to a new look. Blair made me feel totally comfortable and in control of every single decision abut the cut and color. She checked with me every step of the way, which I really appreciated.
I will definitely go back to Blair and would recommend her highly. She listens and takes great pains to give the client exactly what they want.
I can't stop looking at/touching my silky-soft, rich copper hair!! Thank you, Blair! -

I was ready for a new style when I first went to Rob, and he did a fabulous job listening to me explain what I wanted, giving me suggestions for what he thought would look good with my hair type, and then giving me a cut that I loved. Really happy with the haircuts I get here. Try to be consistent with the salons I go to, but have tried many high-end places in SF (some not so high-end, but with the cost associated with one!), since moving here last year. This place is quaint, very friendly, and Kristin Gore, who I tried after a recommendation from the receptionist re: men's hair has turned out to be great. Great cuts, actually has an opinion and will share it, while listening to you, just a cool chick and price point right where I think the cost should be (~$50/men's cut..w/o tip of course).
Give Berenice a shot if Marina is convenient for you and you're looking for a relaxed and cool spot. -

Rob is now the only person I trust with my hair. I've fallen for a couple of the "deals" out there and boy did I pay for it... Never again! I am so happy that I stumbled upon Berenice hair salon. I've been looking for a new stylist forever and think I may have found one.
Kristin was very nice and gave great advice on how I should cut my hair. I've had layers for as long as I can remember and she mentioned that this may be why my hair is so thin. No one else has ever mentioned this to me! She also offered to show me how I can style my hair next time I come in! She would have taken the time at my appointment on Saturday but had someone waiting.

I've been wanting this haircut my whole life and didn't even know it. Thank you Tami Quan for my first Deva cut. Absolutely worth the results!
I'd done some research on the Deva cut and thought it might be a good fit for me. Over the years my hair has gone from naturally wavy to kinda wavy with cajoling and coaxing. I actually had a few moments before my appointment with Tami that she might kindly laugh at me for thinking my hair was anything other than straight.
All I can say is WOW. Wavy hair with no hair dryer or curly iron. With the Deva cut, the stylist cuts your hair dry so that they can see your curl pattern. I now have defined waves with volume! Tami was great, she walked me through every step and answered my many questions. She even sent a follow up email to see how I was liking the cut, along with a link to help with styling.
If you have been researching the Deva cut and have been on the fence, check Tami out at Berenice! Also, major points to Berenice and Tami for changing their schedule to accomodate my last minute appointment.
Very happy customer! -

FANTASTIC BIO-IONIC STRAIGHTENING!
I started getting Bio-ionic relaxers while I was living in Miami Beach. The heat and moisture in South Florida are brutal and with regular relaxer my hair was just a dry, frizzy mess. I tried the bio-ionic, which left my hair healthy and straight, and I haven't looked back since. To my dismay it wasn't easy to find a stylist with experience doing Bio-ionic relaxers in San Francisco.
I had a wonderful experience with Blair at Berenice Salon. During the initial consultation Blair carefully evaluated my hair, asked questions about the history of treatments my hair received in the past, she listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. During the actual appointment Blair was very efficient and meticulous. Every strand of my hair received attention and the results are just fantastic! My hair is shiny, healthy, and smooth even when it rains.
Bio-ionic relaxer does take several hours to complete and is pricier than regular relaxers, but it's worth it if you consider the cost of the "cheaper" regular relaxers. With bio-ionic you end up with HEALTHY hair that doesn't break and fall out in chunks or disintegrate at the ends. I've been getting regular relaxers for many years before trying the bio-ionic and my hair never really grew. It required a ton of products to keep it together and I had to get touch-ups frequently. With bio-ionic I only use some Moroccan oil to keep the hair moisturized and I can forget about touch-ups for 4-5 months! -

Tami has been cutting and highlighting my hair for 8 years, granted it is straight and looks easy enough but I have tried five other SF stylists all over the city and never walk out looking and feeling as good as after she has cut/highlighted and styled it. am a huge fan. She also tells me now that she is using a fully organic line of products, even better for those pregnant moms out there!!! -

This review is for DJ, who has been coloring and cutting my hair for almost 10 years now! He is a fantastic hairdresser: quiet, professional and such a perfectionist. He spends a LOT of time on my hair, which is curly and not so easy to style. He's cut and colored it when it was long, cut it short and curly, styled it straight and silky, done a Keratin treatment to make it even straighter and silkier...now it's back to curly... and everything he's done looks amazing. Often when he's finished the other stylists in the salon come by with compliments wanting to touch my hair and asking him about it! Oh, and I'm a redhead, which is tricky - he always gets the color just right.
ps, Now he also has his own business doing bridal hair and makeup - if and when that happy day comes I know who I'll call! -

Jenny is so awesome! After living in Ireland for 3 months, it was def time for highlights/trim when I got back to Cali. My regular gal couldn't take me till later in the month (my fault, didn't book soon enough for the holiday rush) so on Saturday morning I called Berenice Salon after yelping and reading their fab reviews. I got an appt. with Jenny that same day in the afternoon, so it worked out perfectly! Jenny is super friendly, sweet, and fun to talk to! And she ROCKS at blonde hilights!!! I am so inlove with the brightness and shine and color blonde she used, it's exactly what I was looking for! She also trimmed my hair perfectly and listened to my needs (I am very picky about my long hair so I always explain up front how much I want trimmed off, and only when hair is dry ;) The salon also has a lovely interior, friendly and fun vibe, and the receptionist was also very nice! Thanks Jenny, love my 'do!

My hair has a funny wave that a lot of stylists don't know what to do with, but she's like the hair whisperer and cuts it so well that all I have to do is wash and go in the mornings. It's perfect for me because I'm so low-maintenance with my hair. She really listens to her clients, keeps the cuts modern, and doesn't push products on me. After five years of living in San Francisco, I've finally found my stylist!

Hairstylist Rob:
A week ago I sent my hairstylist a text message asking her if I could get my hair done. She then replied that she moved to Florida. Ummmm, okay.....thanks for letting me know? After months upon months, years upon years of coloring my hair striving for that perfect shade of blonde, she upped and left me. She didn't really give me any suggestions on who can do my hair let alone what colors/combination to use. Seriously, it was worse than a break up with a guy.
I hopped on Yelp and plugged in "blonde highlights". Granted, I'm not a blonde. I'm Asian with blondish hair. And my blonde will never match a "white person's" blonde. But I'd like to still have someone who is experienced with blondes handle my hair. After sifting through pages and pages of salons, hairstylists, colorist, I literally gave up. Then one morning I tried again and something crazy happened. Berenice Salon popped up with its reviews for Rob. As I read through the reviews, I noticed that he got a lot of raves for his knowledge with blondes and blonde highlights. I called Berenice Salon and made an appointment with the nice receptionist who informed me that he had an opening the very next day due to a cancellation.
I hopped down to Union street, walked up the stairs of the Victorian building and made by way into the salon. To my surprise the salon was beautiful, neat, clean and very inviting. The receptionist kindly set me up with Rob. There is a changing area where you can hang your coat and put your gown on. They also offer water or tea which I think is a great thing. I sat down and explained to Rob what had happened with my hair stylist. I told him what I wanted and what my goal was in terms of my hair. He set me straight on what he could/couldn't do and went to work. 2 hours later, I had awesome hair. I loved it. When he blew me out, he sprayed each section of my hair with a heat protectant. He also felt so bad for my hair that he threw in a bottle of the heat spray for free! I'm not sure if that is something to be happy about seeing as my hair is not in the best shape, but I like free and I like nice people. My hair was an awesome shade of light blonde with some highlights. He told me that we'd have to gradually work at lifting my hair since it is pretty damaged. I was fine with that seeing as sooner or later my roots will grow out and I'll need to color it again. I'm not striving for platinum blonde but rather a nice shade of light blonde where I can kind of get away with.
I think I've met my hair stylist match. It was as if we were meant to be together. My hair was meant to be in his hands. I highly recommend Rob for all of your hair needs. He also does Brazilian blow out/thermal hair treatments for a fair price. Some places charge $300 but he has a great deal for a little bit less. My hair is long and I had partial highlights done. Total came to about $140 which I think is a great deal. I can't wait for my next appointment. It's like a new relationship. Excitement in the beginning, getting to know one another and end result- you both get what you want! -

My girl and I both got hair cuts here last night.. we were both very happy. She loved her stylist, Nishat, and they chatted up a storm the entire appointment which I think is always good for bonus points in her book. Her hair looks really great and she's still happy with it today.
Rob cut my hair (I have long hair) using just a razor and it's the best cut I've had in the city. He didn't put in a bunch of product so my hair looked normal when I left and not all poofy and weird like other places I've been. Rob and I chatted about the lastest gadgets and he let me play with his new phone.
I think we'll both be back. -

I was turned on to Deva a while ago, but Tami was the first to convert me. She did a fab job cutting my hair (dry, cutting each and every curl) and the style was awesome.
My hair has never been so even or so flawless. Tami taught me how to use the Deva products throughout every step of the cut so I could do it myself at home. My shower is now lined with green and white bottles, and my hair feels and looks great.
The Deva cut was $75, but totally worth it. I will drive down from Santa Rosa any time for a cut with Tami, She also cut my boyfriend's hair - it looks great.
My only disappointing moment was my interaction with the gal running the front desk. She was snappy and ditzy. When i had looked at the website before booking (only the day before) there was discount for new clients. When I chimed in a checkout she briskly told me it wasn't there. When I told her I was looking at it yesterday she said it was a mistake. This interaction left me feeling slightly stupid - something a customer should NEVER feel.
But, Tami was AWESOME! -

I feel like it has been awhile since I posted my last comment about Rob, and wanted Yelp to know that I am still very very happy! He makes blonde look good :)
I highly recommend Rob Banks for color/highlights. Rob has been highlighting my blonde hair for 5+ years and does a wonderful job. I am not one to shop around, I feel like once you find the right person that understands your hair you stick with them, and Rob is that guy!
P.S. My hubby goes to him now too! :)
