I came in here to get my watch battery replaced and the staff looked at me like I had the cooties or something. There were about 7 staff in the store, 3 customers, including myself and I still had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. When I finally got someone to help me they informed me, "We can replace the battery but we can't guarantee that it will be waterproof anymore. I mean, it's not like I had some bizzarre cheapo watch, it's a standard stainless Swiss Army.
I won't be going back there.
