The customer service here is amazing.

I'm a California implant to the Philly area and had about a million questions about winter boots.  All of my questions were answered in super helpful ways by the sales staff, which was awesome.  (I know nothing about this thing you all call winter...).

Not only that, but I tried on about 6 pairs of boots, didn't buy anything, (I have ...particular ...feet) and their excellent customer service didn't let up.  Awesome.
