My wife and I also got wedding bands at Ben Bridge. We were running far behind on our wedding planning in this department, so bought "off the rack" We knew what we wanted, something simple, white gold, matching, and affordable. We were literally hours away from leaving to go to the wedding when we went to Northgate Mall to look at all the jewelers.
Aside: I hate malls, but there was a concentration of jewelers there and we were in a hurry.
Of the several jeweler options at Northgate, Ben Bridge had the sizes we wanted, the style (including a comfort fit thing I saw nowhere else), and were significantly cheaper than their competitors. Everything was in stock.
We were very pleased with our purchases, and with the service. Other stores in the mall lacked their selection, quality, price or all three. We left the mall with our rings and caught our flight. -

I've been dealing with this Ben Bridge for years and have had the best customer service here. Bought a Tag Huer here years ago and bargained with them for a while. I talked em down a good amount and worked out a number i was real happy with.
Had a ring sized. Too big at first. Wore it for a day and decided to get it done smaller. They had no problem and only took one day each time.
I had a white gold necklace re-rhodiumed. It cost more than I expected but they called and confirmed with me before proceeding. Really well done, looks brand freakin new with a very even coat.
So far I really like the professionalism of this Ben Bridge. Whoever that jeweler guy is back there he's damn good at what he does and damn fast. -

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience at Ben Bridge! My fiance was first being assisted by a girl there named Katie, but she was promoted and were assisted by another girl with the same name, Katie Church. Both were excellent and very friendly. My fiance got an engagement ring to present to me on our engagement night. He purposely bought a ring from them that I could add on to because he wanted me to pick the blue stones that he knew I'd want on it.
Katie Church was awesome. She definitely was trying to get a feel for my style and what I was looking for and hit it on the nail when we finally saw the engagement ring. She also kept in mind our budget, which was important. She searched for light blue sapphires for me because that's what I imagined it would have... which she told us was hard to find. she looked for a while and kept us updated via phone on a pretty consistent basis.
Now I do admit that the other reviewers are correct in saying that it can take awhile. She apologized to us a number of times because it was taking awhile to come in. My fiance and I, however, really weren't in a hurry since we had just got engaged and planning our engagement to last a year and a half. So the time factor really didn't affect us at all, especially considering what we got out of it.
If you aren't in a hurry looking for a piece of jewelry you will keep for life, this is a great place to go and Katie is a great girl to talk to. The quality of the service definitely makes up for the wait... and we didn't mind waiting for something as big as this.
She also encouraged me to come back in a few months if the sizing didn't fit just right and so she could make sure the stones didn't loosen. They also offered to professionally clean my ring at no charge whenever I stop by. very nice!
The jewelry quality is there too. My fiance went ring shopping with a friend of his who formerly worked in jewelry. He said Ben Bridge was one of the best in diamond quality from what they looked at compared to the others.
We also ended up purchasing our wedding rings from Katie too. She was excellent in helping us make decisions for these rings too and, again, stayed within our budget. We are sending her a thank you card tomorrow for all the great help she gave us. We definitely will be coming back for any other jewelry needs. Thanks, Katie! -

While the ring I EVENTUALLY recieved is beautiful - it was a LOOOONNNNNNNG wait to get it on my finger.
We did a special order and were told it would be 5-8 weeks to recieve it. At 8 weeks we asked our sales person about it. She said she HAD NO WAY TO TRACK IT and she would let us know when it arrived.
At 9 weeks and no phone call - we got ahold of the store manager (Northgate mall store) and asked her where the ring, She said she'd look into it and get back to us. She called later that same day and said the ring JUST ARRIVED AND WAS READY FOR US TO PICK UP. Who knows how long the ring had been sitting at the store...no one bothered to call us.
This was totally irritating, and we told her we were coming in to speak to her. She told us her hours when we asked, but when we got to the store they told us she had gone home...
The whole experience was ridiculous. I expect more when I spend $$$$$$ -

I held off on the final review for here (and the final star as well) because a couple of the others did not have a completely good experience, and we weren't quite done there yet.
We had purchased two rings, one ornate, antique-y wedding ring for me, one very simple, very manly ring for Alex. His had to be ordered, but I wore mine home, even though we knew I might have to have it sized down a bit. His was supposed to be arrive in a week (really, the nice lady told us they are supposed to say 3, but they usually show up in one).
The following Tuesday, I got a call from Ben Bridge, and because it was still several days before the week would be up, I was sure something would have gone wrong. But when I listened to the message, it was to say the ring was there already!
We didn't make it in until Friday, but when we did show up, there it was, without a hitch. So I dropped mine off to be re-sized. It was to be finished by Thursday. Thursday came, and I got a call saying it was done. Off we went to pick it up. Here's the only minor hitch in the story - I put the ring on and it fit nicely, but as I was inspecting the band trying to see if I could see where they had done something to make it smaller, I noticed that one of the diamonds was missing! However, they looked at it, and said it could be replaced the following day. I didn't really believe that it would be done in just a day, but they assured me that they would make sure it got done first thing so I could have it back. We showed up fairly early on Friday (3:30?) without calling, and ta-da! it was done. They said they couldn't find the diamond that fell out, so they put a new one in. Although it was slightly inconvenient to have to go back again, and not have it for an extra day, they fixed it with a smile.
So, they have been very timely with us, and given very good service.Listed in: At the mall.

...well now I feel strange writing a review after the owner. o_o
I had a mixed experience at Ben Bridge. My (now husband) and I found the perfect wedding ring there, and ordered it a few months ago. We were promised 6-8 weeks.
Asked a few times throughout the 6-8 weeks if the ring had come in, and were told that there was no way of tracking it. Finally at the 7 week point, my husband called to talk to the gentleman who sold us the ring and he had said it would be in in the next week (note: my reception was a few days ago, so the 8 week mark was only 1-2 weeks away from it). The 8th week rolls around, still no ring. Husband calls back and is told that sorry, it will be another 2-3 weeks (thus pushing it past the date of my reception).
I was irate, and husband called back demanding it be in immediately or he'd want his money back. Ring "arrived", then, promptly 2 days later.
Picked up the ring, but when I got home there was a jingling noise. Discovered that the sapphire (the largest stone) was loose, thus making that noise whenever the ring moved. As we were assured that the quality control system is supreme at Ben Bridge and is fully utilized prior to the ring going to the customer, I was shocked that this *very blatant* flaw was overlooked (it literally took all of 2 minutes once at home to hear the noise and see what was going on).
Finally came back in, and the person who i believe is Bryan was *very* gracious, promising to double check the quality while they fixed the flaw. The ring now is perfect and I am happy.
I'd give a 4 star rating, but the strange timing length/issue combined with the initial quality mis-check make me bump it down a bit. -

I just went in to the Northgate Ben Bridge hoping for better news than I received at Arc Watch Works after Nordstrom (who resizes for free!) did not have the proper tools to resize my acrylic Michael Kors watch. Arc Watch Works and Ben Bridge both wanted $30 to resize the watch and I would have to leave it. I went to the independent watch and jewelry repair shop on the first floor of Macy's under the escalator and the extremely nice man resized my watch on the spot for $6.57. Do not be fooled into overpaying here and being without your watch. First try Nordstrom who will resize it in front of you for free and if they cannot do it go to Macy's.
