I'm from out of town and needed a part installed for my car that I could not replace in the hotel parking lot. I found this business on YELP and I showed up early in the morning with my part and a book to keep me occupied. The place was busy but understood my need and quoted a very reasonable price. In less than an hour, I was out the door with the part replaced and the check engine light extinguished. #grateful!

They did a body work on my car in 3 days which includes the time for drying. They were responsive and respectful. It was the best quote I got for the car. Overall I'm satisfied and I'll go back if I have a problem again.

I'm very appalled by the phone call I had with the receptionist at this business, I'm going to school for automotive and applied to this shop being hopeful I could get my foot in the door anyway I could and on the phone call the women said that "we don't hire women" that's just rude!! Extremely rude that you could say something like that in this day and age where we should be treating everyone as equal. For there to still be places that still discriminate against gender is just crazy.

Walked in to have bumper bolts loosen because my drill wouldn't get the job done. They not only loosen the bolts they removed the bumper for me and didn't charge a thing!

They are really professional and nice! My car got little damage on the bumper, so i looking for body shop. I went to different bodyshop first, they set a really really high price. So i asked my friend to looking for another bodyshop, she recommended this body shop. They offered a very reasonable price. and they are really nice, professional, and fast! This place is a little far from my house, but it's worth to visit!

I had a little issue with my splash guard above my tire and the issue was so minor to them that they did it for free. This is their 2nd or 3rd time working on my car and both times we're real good.

I left the review about the botched oxygen sensor replacement job below, but I ran out of room for my other previous stories.

      Lying about Gasket replacement job.
Years ago, they replaced engine gasket for my BMW 525i but they failed to replace the original bolts with the new ones. The Gasket lasted barely for few years. When asked, their mechanic said he did replace them with the new ones, BUT it was a lie! I found out the factory bolts heads are blue colors and they were all blue heads which means they reused the original ones which is NOT what they were supposed to do! They are made of aluminum and they stretch and go bad if reused that's why BMW instruction says to replace with the new ones but Beltline auto mechanic didn't bother to do so and knew about it but still lied he replaced with the new ones!

      Lying about fuel sensor
Early this year or last year, they replaced fuel sensor for me but the part was defected and did not work. It was the alternator that was bad and the original part which thought to be bad worked fine. Over the phone they acknowledged it but when I showed up they denied the part was bad. I got the refund for the part but not the labour. If they installed the bad part and refund me the money, shouldn't I get refund for the part as well?

      Neglegent radiator hose replacement.
They also replaced the upper radiator hose on my BMW but only a month later the lower one went bad and had to replace it also incurring extra labour charge. I discovered when replacing radiator hoses on an old car like mine, the mechanic should know better to replace both of the hoses while everything was out. The part only cost maybe $50 more and instead I incurred $125+ extra labour charge second time to replace the second one. I'm thinking it maybe because he splits the labour profit with the owner? The guy claims he's an experienced mechanic for 20-30 years then should he not know???

      Subpar Body Work
I do admit their prices are lower than other places, but I had to go back 3, 4 times for the roof fix because it kept cracking. Their excuse was that it was previous shop who fixed the car improperly and that's why it keeps cracking. (Really???) They did honor the warranty but I spent so much time keep going back. Plus, they fix the spot but neglect to cover up the adjacent surface when they machine buff to shine so the clear coat gets all ruined! This happened to my BMW and now the clearcoat on the adjacent surfaces next to my hood are all ruined!

In the end, the owner and I decided to part ways. He tells me it wasn't fate. I think it has nothing to do with fate but a whole lot to do with the quality of work, being honest and treating customers like the way they should be treated with respect. If your shop mess up customer's car, proper thing to do is to apologize first and give the money back, NOT get angry first and start yelling at them denying everything!

After a bad accident, the Mitsubishi dealer off 183 told me my 2001 Montero was totaled "beyond repair" unless I was willing to pay an estimated $11,000 to fix it. Yes, that is correct. Eleven thousand dollars. Homeboy Mike from Mitsubishi also called me "sweetheart", as if I'm not a smart young woman living in the 21st century. He told me I could not fix it, after all he's been in the business for 30 plus years, and I'm just a silly woman. Belt line Auto Body fixed my "beyond repair" 2001 Montero for only $1,000 in two weeks! I love my car. I am so grateful to these folks. Yes, it's Irving, and yes, it's south of 183, but they don't screw around; they'll fix it right, and they'll fix it at an affordable price.

Finding a repair guy you can trust is one of the hardest things. You can go in with a flat tire and they well tell you that you need to change the engine.
I thought I have a problem with the transmission and i was ready for the worst. James checked the car and told me its going to be less then $200 (it wasn't the transmission at all...). They were quick and professional. since then i'm doing all my repair and oil change here.
Finally I was able to find an honest service guy.
