It was advertised, and I was told, that "The Big Show" full detail service wouldn't take more that two hours.  I should have known it was too good to be true.  When I got there this morning, they told me it would be 3-4hrs.

For $130, I expect some level of greatness.  When I picked up my car, I was sorry I had taken it there:

* The seats had plastic covers on them, but they'd be sitting out in the sun with the windows mostly shut, so there was condensation between the plastic and the seat.  I didn't want the condensation to get the "dry" seat wet, so I took off the plastic cover.  By the time I got home, my pants and the back of my shirt were drenched.  I would have gladly left the car to dry another hour, but they insisted it was ready to go.

*  There was still cleaning fluid residue on different surfaces of the inside of the car.  I had to take a tissue to the dash, gear shift, and the steering wheel.

*  They missed spots, and left spots in my car.  Some of the more prominent crevices in the spots where parts of the dash come together still had obvious dust in them, and there were dry cleaning fluid/dirt spots on the doors.  We had them come over and go over them again before we left.

* They *scratched* my dash, and tried to tell me there were other spots like it on the dash (which were not there) to cover it up.  That scratch was *not* there when I took it in.  I detailed the car because I'm trading it in, I'm intimately aware of the dings and scratches on this thing for valuation purposes.

While I'm glad that other people have had great experiences with this place, mine was not one of them.  If you do go there, I recommend you take a good, hard look at your car before it goes, and inspect it thoroughly before you leave.  I give it 2 stars because they did clean the car, but "better than it was when it came in" isn't worth $130.

Yup. It cleaned my car. Prices are ehh... a little pricey, however, they get you in and out fast which is always worth a few extra dollars.

A few times, after it has snowed and my car is especially dirty, they have not gotten all of the dirt off. But if you ask them to scrub it a little extra with the brush before they send you through, that'll make it all better!

Got my car washed here once, and it was clean, so I don't know why I would give it anything less than 5 stars.  The original reviewer is correct, though, about its reputation.  I've told people I lived in Belmont and they asked if I had ever gone here.

This car wash is always hoppin! I had to wait till 6:00 on a Monday night to finally get my car in without waiting... The automatic wash is good and the prices aren't bad at all. I actually buy books of five for less than $10 per coupon every few months, so it saves me from having to stop at an ATM every time I want to get my car washed. It's easy access to the pull-up vacuums before taking your car through the cleaner, and there is always at least one person ready to wipe down your entire car afterward. (Note: I know a few men who love to go to this car wash in the summer when young women are drying off the cars -- it has a reputation!)

Overall, the people who run the place are nice, the prices are good and it's a quick way to get your car cleaned -- just don't go the first day the temperatures hit 60 degrees!
