There are some kinks still needed to work out in the new location: the music is too low, the phone rings too loudly, and the service is a bit distracted.

The food, however, is very good. I had the chicken parmesan with a side of spaghetti, my wife had chicken picatta, and our daughter had the child's spaghetti with meat sauce.

All of the food was very good which is why, even with the small kinks (which will certainly get worked out), I give Bella Sera five stars.

Good, but not great, Italian food.  Meatballs appeared to be purchased, previously frozen rather than made from scratch.  Tomato sauces were good - particularly the puttanesca sauce.  Garlic rolls are a nice treat.  Good wine selection. Service is very good and the restaurant's decor is nice.  We'll definitely plan to return.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but Mama Mia!!!!!

Are you looking for a real southern Italian Sunday style meal? This is a jewel. I can't believe how much better this is than the Italian joints here in Austin.  Eggplant Parm ?...  Awesome. Pasta ?.... Awesome? Thin crust Pizza?.... VERY similar to what I've eaten in Napoli.

I'm an Italian guy originally from Manhattan. I'm a musician who's traveled all over the US and Europe , I can say this is the real deal. Dishes are usually under $10 , Fresh warm Italian bread, Carrafes of wine ..... Food tastes like it's from a mom and pop joint in Brooklyn. Even the parmesan and crushed red pepper packets for takeout pizza are imported from Italy.

Some of the best Italian I've had outside of New Jersey & New York City. This restuarante  could definitely cut it over there.
    In Marble falls? Go figure.

I like this place! Not sure about it being authentic or anything of the sort because I get the impression that the owners may be like Romanian or something ;) They sure have revamped the place recently & the service is always decent, nothing over the top, but the Tortellini Michelangelo is pretty darn good paired with the garlic bread & dipping! Never tried anything there that I didn't like so that is a winner in my books!

We love visiting family in Marble Falls, just so we can eat here!  We love the salad with the yummy bread knot rolls.  So good!  Everything I've had here - chicken parmesan, artichoke pasta, pizza has been good.  Great food!

Such a nice surprise.  We were looking for italian and there were only two choices in town.  When we first walked in we thought "Damn we picked the wrong one".  But we sat down anyway.  The reason we thought this was because the atmosphere was borderline cafeteria/diner rather than Italian cafe.
Like I said we sat down anyway, excepting our choice.  A lot of the guys working in this place are actually from Italy and we look forward to seeing them each time we go in there.  The food is excellent and super cheap, with great service.  Get the ceasar salad (big enough to split), and the eggplant rollatini or Mannicotti are to die for (well worth my persistent heartburn afterwards).  One of the best things though is the dessert.  I am a Tiramisu girl, and this is one of my favorite places to get it (After Mike's Pastry in Boston) and my guy is a cheesecake man yet we both get what we want here...just make sure the pastry chef (we call her the candy lady) is working (or you know some people) or you wont get any...they have a weird habit of not having any or of it being locked away when she's not there.  We were once told that if she didn't lock it up the staff would eat it all (yup its that good)

don't look down your nose at this place. The decor is lackluster but the food is blockbuster!!! I was thrown for a flavor sensation when we ordered 3 apps, 3 salads, and 6 entrees. all of these were a hard choice because the menu was extensive... we figured it would have different pastas with the same ol' pasta sauce on each.

boy were we wrong!!! each dish was fresh and distinct from the other. the price was better than any chain and the food blew my mind. one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. what a star in this lil sleepy town. I'll take the drive from Austin to eat here anytime!

This restaurant has recently remodeled it's exterior.  The service is friendly and the homemade rolls are great!  I had the Bella Sera chicken and it was great--chicken with capers, sun dried tomatoes and kalamata olives in a lemon wine sauce!  The house salad was just an iceberg lettuce salad, but the dressings were all homemade.  Pastas were around $10 and other entrees from $10 to $20.  I also saw a lot of pizzas being carried out.  Very extensive menu.  I would go back.

the pizza was actually pretty good. i got it without sauce. the crust was nice and crispy and the pizza wasn't greasy. the other items on the menu weren't so great though. the eggplant parmesan was swimming in a pool of grease. the lasagna was tasty but also very greasy. overall, the food was good compared to the other places to eat around here.
