I have been seeing Melinda at Bella Salon for about 3 years now, and she is fantastic.  My color is always right on as well as my cut.  If you want your natural color, but accentuated, Melinda is your gal.  It is spendy, but well worth it because she nails it every time...  She actually listens and then translates that to my hair.  Highly recommend.
