My opinion of 98% of florists and flower arrangements isn't very high. I normally deem most of the arrangements I have been sent and seen as typical, ordinary, and outdated, and none of these adjectives I like applied to any part of my life including the flowers that suitors decorate my desk and home with. I HATE passionately the classic long stem red roses surrounded by clouds of baby's breath and cascades of ferns finished off in a cheap vase with a plastic overdone bow. It makes me want to gag honestly. This horrendous fluff should be reserved for funerals, doomed weddings, and apologies from cheaters... My life is just much to amazing for any of those hogwash activities to suck me in
During an appointment for work I had the joy of discovering this beautiful gem of a floral shop. Marci (owner and artist) is a woman of my own heart. I normally turn my nose up to roses but I was drooling over each and every one of the roses in her shop. They aren't normal standard varieties and the colors and shapes made me start a love affair with a flower I never knew I even liked. The arrangements were simple, elegant and made me wish I had someone sending me flowers but only from here. I have never in my life seen anything so breathtaking done in flowers. Marci searches out and finds the unordinary and works with their natural beauty to create something that I guarantee does not parallel with anything any woman has been sent before. I promise any arrangement from here will catch a woman's breath, melt her heart a bit, and make her feel unbelievably special. Isn't that what a man is really trying to conquer when sending a woman flowers?
The shop is filled with treasures and the most amazing Italian delicacies. I like shops that I see a part of myself in. I was gazing in a mirror at this place. It gave me hope in florals and that arrangements that I could appreciate and love exist. Now I just need to find the man that can understand that dozens of red roses and plastic bows no matter how high the price tag is not going to win my heart or spread my legs. A man that can send flowers like Bella Floral will be the man that understands me and catches this girly. ; )

I was happy to find a florist with a positive review near my office and my girlfriend's office. I drove down to pick out the flowers in person (tip: they have moved to Kent Station and are no longer on 1st) and spoke with the owner. She asked me about my budget, what the occasion was, what my girlfriend's favorite flower is, and what I was trying to accomplish with the flowers. We discussed everything and she asked if she could be creative with the arrangement. I said yes, and paid. The next morning she delivered an excellent arrangement to my girlfriend's office. It was beautiful (still is a few days later), and my girlfriend's coworkers embarrassed her and hounded her for an hour. This is more than a flower shop. The owner really took the time to talk to me about the occasion and made the perfect arrangement. I will buy flowers there again.
