      I have had 2 amazing experiences with Belknap Subaru. Nate was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. I would recommend this place to anyone I know who is looking for a quality staff and perfect vehicles!

      Since moving to NH a year ago I've had to go to different dealers. St. John Subaru in VT, when I lived in Twin Mountain NH and now Belknap Subaru (which is an hour and 15 minute drive away from my current location of East Wakefield NH. Though there is Profile Subaru dealer about 40 minutes away, I have heard stories and their service department hasn't been very responsive via phone or email.
      For these reasons I have CHOSEN Belknap Subaru. They are friendly and answer any questions that you may have, from how long it will take, to how much it will cost. I have my 30K mile checkup/oil change, tire rotation, multi point inspection and all that goes with it. I also had my state inspection completed. They were fast and thorough and I was out in just under an hour.
      Highly recommend this dealership

      The most incompetent salespeople I've ever experienced in my life.
      We walked in with cash and said 'we want to buy a car from you.' After nearly a month(!) of trying to buy the car we asked for from Tyler Avery, we finally get confirmation on the price and all the details.

      We then turn up to find the car is a different color to what we asked for (lol, wut?!), then have salesman Mark Mallahan try to defend his colleague and argue with us about the color instead of trying to solve the problem - then threaten me when I voiced displeasure with the process...

      If you appreciate clear communication, someone being proactive and making the process easy for you, or not being argued with or threatened(!), steer your hard-earned dollars far, far away from this bunch of mooks. I'm almost impressed at how terrible an experience it was.

      I take my Impreza here for service, and I am constantly blown away. The service team is incredible, and I feel good knowing they're the ones looking after my car. I moved from the seacoast to the lakes, and the service here is much better than at my previous dealership (where I bought my car). When I'm in the waiting area, I feel completely comfortable, and have even struck up casual conversations on occasion with the employees, all without feeling pressured to make a purchase of any kind.

      When it comes to servicing my car, Beth and Bill always make sure to tell me the technician's recommendation for any problems, but there is never any obligation to make repairs (even though I do). I feel confident that they would respect my choice to get a second opinion if I ever wanted one. That said, I don't feel the need to seek another opinion since I believe this team has mu back!

      My car was only a few month old we bought in Manchester and I had a screw in my tire and I brought it in and within 10 mins it was fixed and I was on my way, they did not charge me for the fix! Customer service was great and the place was clean and spacious. Will continue to use them in the future!

      The customer service--both on the phone and in person--has been awesome, they have a desk next to an outlet for those of us who have to work, two comfortable waiting areas that offer tea, coffee, and snacks (including fruit!), and they recycle using TerraCycle so it actually gets recycled and not taken to the landfill. I was in and out in no time, and they did great work. I'll definitely be back.

      I regret purchasing a new Subaru from this dealer. They do not honor warranty repairs when they are obviously requires and seem to care more about their relationship with Subaru of America than customer service. I will purchase another car this month. Thankfully I know not to purchase here.

      I was an hour and a half away from home when my car started acting up on a Saturday. My check engine light came on and I pulled over. I call AAA and they tell there is a dealership less than .3 miles from me, so I drive the car on over and they immediately get it in tone looked at, fixed and worked with my warranty company from back home to cover the expenses. All of this on a busy Saturday afternoon. Bill and his team go above and beyond for service!

      I love this dealership. I bought my 2016 Forester here and they were great. Not only did we get a good car, AWD, but the service was phenomenal. We were treated like family members (in a good way) rather than customers. We have purchased Subarus in the past and love the cars, so that was not a hard sell. But we have never been treated so well by a car dealership. I would recommend this to anyone considering a new or used car in New Hampshire.
