We went to the Bee Hive for New Year's Eve dinner and it was wonderful. The food was good and the service was great. The DJ/singer was so good; he didn't miss a note. When you make your reservations ask for the dining room; it is a much nicer room. I had steak and shrimp and I was very happy with it. The portion sizes are large. They seems to have a very good group of patrons and everyone was great. I will go back again. Good job, Bee Hive, but it would have been nice to see a Christmas Tree somewhere.

Food is roughly decent Manhattan diner quality. Decor is nicely done and therefore somehow not consistent with service or food which are both barely average.

Large portions and good food. great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Better than a diner. Large variety on menu, from greek favorites to steak, fish and hamburgers.
Great with a group. -

I had the chicken souvlaki and it was great! Very fresh Pita Bread and great sauce. Extensive menu selection. It was so crowded, I sat at the bar for lunch on Sunday. It was friendly and the bartender re-filled my soda before it was empty and brought extra sauce for my meal without having been asked. Not overly expensive and great portion size.

Not as good as I've heard...
I had breakfast at the Beehive this morning, and I was very disappointed. I've heard it has amazing food and a great brunch. My banana macadamia nut pancakes, however, were a little dry. The worst part was the service. It started off great, asking us if we wanted something to drink as we sat down to look over the menu, but when we got our food our waiter went m.i.a. We needed more water, coffee, milk, and syrup and no one was around to help us.
I would like to give this restaurant another chance...maybe for dinner. -

Just had wonderful fathers day brunch. Everything was home made and fresh from the corned beef has to the muffins. The staff could not have been anymore accommodating. Can't wait to go back!
