Places like the Beech Tree Gallery are a bad place for me to go. I feel it is my duty to keep local artists in business and I have to buy their wares - always.

So in the BTG I found
great prints
scarves
original and handcrafted  jewelry
unique wine bottle toppers
handmade purses and bags
and so much great stuff that I know I am forgetting.

To prevent a phone call from MC that someone had gone over their limit, I sent the Husband in to fetch the 2 items that I wanted so that I couldn't purchase more. I fell in love with prints from an artist named Jeannie Lynne Paskie. Her pictures are done softly but have eerie little characters in them. I had also seen some angel wing earrings that struck me as just tasteful enough for me to pull off. Since I wanted the bronze colored and Hubby, the gold, the proprietress helped us out by picking the gold as well, to go with my brunette locks. Hubby also picked out a whale's tale wine stopper -- just because.

It's down an alley way -- if Hyannis has alleys-- on Main Street.  Great place to get a keepsake from your trip instead of heading into Wings for yet another Cape Cod T-shirt.
