Beauty Brands has some of the best customer service of any store. I was greeted when I entered. I needed help finding a couple items and the associate took me to the item both times, and suggested some other items as well. I tried to touch up my color at home, big mistake I ended up with fried hair that was a very unlovely shade of canary yellow. The products I bought here are well worth the price. My hair is no longer fried and I managed to tone it back to something presentable. They have really awesome selection of salon brand hair products, such as Redken, Toni and Guy, amd Joico just to name a few. They also don't make you carry an annoying loyalty card to get savings, a definite plus for me.
I went here a few times to get a ballin ass haircut. I have since learned, I just don't need it. Pro-cuts does what I need just fine, however there was one woman who was awesome, but I have this curse of finding an awesome lady to cut my hair, and then they vanish, never to be heard from again. Am I cursed? I think so.
Why am I writing about a hair salon? My life is a joke.
I do like their selection of hair stuff. They had this boss orange shampoo that was pretty intense.
I'd give them a fourth star but when I went back the people working there didn't seem to care much about helping us or providing any real kind of customer service.
This place is really cool. They have a fantastic clearance section and really awesome hair stylists. Great place to go for salon and brand name beauty supplies.
I went to this place after a friend bought me a gift certificate. I had told her a few days before that I needed a haircut, so she bought me the gift card for my birthday. A little skeptical, especially after lookig at the name of the place, I had my doubts. I called the store and made an appointment to get my hair cut. I was so pleased after getting my hair cut! I have gotten my hair cut at many high priced places and thought my hair cut was just as good, if not better than previous cuts. Best of all, it was inexpensive! Based on other places, Toni and Guy, for example, the cut is inexpensive (not if you base it on supercuts or something!). I loved my haircut so much, i have been going to the same place for the past two years and love it every time. The best part about it is, I was able to use the rest of my certificate for hair products!
