I was at first apprehensive about getting my hair cut here because it is a bit "chainy" for my taste. I try to avoid the Super Cuts/Lemon Tree type places as much as possible, but my housemate was adamant that I try it. Despite having made an appointment, they still took me 20 minutes late, which was not a good start. My stylist's name was Meagan, and she was great. My cut was good, but I wasn't sure about it, so she told me that I could call if I wanted to come back in and change it. I took her up on her offer and called the next day and she saw me less than an hour later and re-cut it for free.
