Previous reviews have pretty much covered it: Jacqueline at Beautiful Me is amazing. She has a gift for her craft and for making her clients feel completely at ease. The most thorough, professional bikini waxing experience I've ever had. Just the right kind of perfectionist. I'll stop short of calling it completely painless, but it was close. Jacqueline is the real deal.
My only hesitation for the five star rating is the location. I don't mind the general spot, but the studio is housed within another holistic practice and is tricky to find and not much to look at. It's clean, it's professionally outfitted, it's fine. There aren't any red flags related to the space, it just might not be what you have in mind if a spa like Milk & Honey or Hiatus is your norm.
I will definitely be back for more and will probably work my way up to laser hair removal with Jacqueline at some point. Highly recommend. -

I found Beautiful Me while searching on yelp for a new skin care/waxing place in Austin. I didn't have access to a telephone, as I was overseas on business, and Tracy was kind enough to communicate with me over email. I got my appointment set up for a brazilian and came in when I got home. My appointment was with Navya and she is the best of the best! She made me feel very comfortable through an uncomfortable situation :) I made an appointment for a facial and a glycolic peel after my Brazilian and came back to see Navya just a few days later. She spent a lot of time on my skin and she really cares about her customers! I'm going back this week for another skin care treatment and will continue to do so for another few weeks.
If anybody is looking for a new skin care of waxing place, beautiful me is the only

Yelpers, you did not lead me astray.
I had never been waxed before and was super nervous and scared about the prospect. The extremely positive reviews here made me sign up online for an appointment. I shouldn't have been scared at all! Navya made me feel completely comfortable (well as comfortable as possible). She is just a genuinely sweet lady who really cares about the clients.

Tracy is awesome! She's so gentle that waxing barely hurts with her - by far the easiest I've ever experienced (I've been having it done for over 5 years now). She's the first person I've ever let tackle my upper lip - I was always afraid of the pain and breaking out. I've never had any negative side effects with her. And she has such a great policy about touch ups - if you're not happy with your wax, come back within the week and she'll fix it free of charge - I've never had to use it, but it's nice to know it's there.
She's also incredibly nice and welcoming. I'm new to town and it's always a bit awkward getting to know a new esthetician, but Tracy made me feel comfortable and welcome right away. She's fantastic. I'm so glad I Yelpers led me to her. -

I admire a professional who values perfectionism. And when it comes to my eyebrows, I don't pull any stops! People have a tendency to discredit the ability of the eyebrow and how it can change the look of a person's face dramatically. Tweezing a few hairs can add or lift years off eyes. Eliminating a mere milimeter of hair from the inner corners of the eyes can make a person's face look more round and enlarge the eyes. Ok, enough of that....
Now that I have validated my obsession (ha, ha, ha), I'm proud to add to the long list of postive reviews... Tracy of Beautiful Me! She also shares my philosophy. I appreciate how Tracy takes the time to discuss what you look for and carefully eliminates each hair with whip like artist's stokes. I love how she treats my face like a canvas, and is just so easy to talk to. I enjoyed listening to her travels to Maui!
At the end of our session, she treated my brows with a cooling lotion, which made me feel awake and revitalized. I'm definitely going to schedule my next appointment on her super convenient online ordering system. :-) -

What do you do when you have a hairy upper lip and you don't want to take chances with those unknown Asian strip center nail salons? Go to Yelp. Seriously.
I was able to schedule and pay online for the next day. Navya was a doll, with a professional and pleasant demeanor. She was quick and we had a nice chat. And then I was done. Out the door.
The next day I broke out in tiny bumps above my lip. I emailed Navya, hoping she could recommend a product/solution. She called soon after and was incredibly concerned. She offered some remedies and asked that I call her if the bumps persisted.
That's 5 star customer service in my book so thank you again Yelp! -

I cannot recommend Navya enough! Not only does she give amazingly (almost) painless waxes, but she's also super sweet and funny. She almost makes the whole rip-your-hair-out-viciously process enjoyable! Also, Navya manages to get every little hair, which is critical because who wants to go through the pain and annoyance of getting to a salon, baring all, pain, ouchy, credit card...and then have to pull out the tweezers at home? Nop, Navya gets them all and does so quite quickly and painlessly.

I scheduled an appointment online after reading reviews on Yelp about this place(thank you to everyone who shared their hoohah stories- if they can do a great hoohah wax, they can do a brow wax). It was so easy! They have all of their prices online (which is great, because I like to know how much I'm going to spend when I walk in somewhere). I scheduled my appointment and 5 minutes later, Navya called me to let me know that she'd have to push me back an hour- she was up north. (No biggie since I had scheduled the appointment like 1.5 hours in advance).
Navya was soo friendly! Her workroom was so relaxing (playing Journey music) and I told her what I was looking for when it came to my brow wax. I've had horrible experiences in the past and had converted to threading for a while, but I thought I would try Beautiful Me. I'm so glad I did!!! She was so precise and really great when waxing my brows. Knew what I wanted. She offered me a lip wax (which in the end, I'm not to happy about because I'm breaking out with a red, white-heady mustache instead of a light bleached mustache). I love her witch hazel mix and the tea tree oil balm.
She told me what she wants me to do (not touch certain parts of the brow so we can get it to perfect!) and she referred to her work as art- which I really admire! She was so friendkly, personable, and really made an effort to get to know me! I called her 2 days after the lip issue and she reccommended tea tree oil extract to help. She apologized and said that the reaction is just due to my lip skin being so sensitive.
I will be returning to this place again and again and will reccommend it to anyone!!

I agree with Lauren W., it's a little embarassing to let your hoohah all hang out in front of a stranger, but I left today thinking Navya was a friend, not a stranger. A friend who I let see my hoohah.
During the process she explains to you how it works and what you can do to make it hurt less. She also told me the things that they do to make sure everything is sanitary and what I should look out for if I ever go to another place. She was really nice and chatted with me about all kinds of normal things as if she wasn't putting wax on me down there.
We also discussed laser. She said they have a laser that shoots cold air at you right before the laser shoots so you won't feel it. I may just have to try out this laser... -

They give you the real deal, never try to con you into services or products you don't need, and treat you as someone they truly care about. I recommend them for everything they do!

Tracy is amazing! I've seen her for a brow wax and tint as well as a facial and I can't recommend her enough.
She is sweet, professional and does a wonderful job. She makes you feel like the most beautiful person in the world. Really, I don't know how she does it but she does!

I have succumbed to a moment of vanity. As we grow older, our bodies betray us. Hair starts growing where it doesn't really need to. Things happen, girls start looking different, and you stop chasing them around the playground and pulling on their pigtails. For a little while, anyway.
I'm not one who really worries over things like unnecessary body hair, or so I thought, but a light smattering of dark hair cropping up on my shoulders and near my lower back had had that tiny little guy in the back of my head irked. I ignored it for awhile, but then I finally gave in. I searched around online, and Tracy came extremely highly recommended -- I mean, 5 stars all over the place for her technique for something that involves ripping something off you. And I wanted to help support local businesses -- it's a little more difficult for them since they don't have someone infusing them with capital all the time.
So, I bit down on the leather and I went through the reservation process. It was painless, it turns out the leather wasn't needed. I now had a card on file to hold the reservation; note this, it'll become important later. I showed up a little early, and found her office area in the Regenesis suite with only a little trouble. The front desk guy had gone to lunch, but a little bit of wandering and peeking into opened doors found the place quickly. Everything smelled comforting, everything was clean, orderly and in its own place. The bed was already ready for me.
Tracy herself was congenial, understanding of it being my first time, and quickly broke down what was going to happen. She let me get comfortable on my own, explained a little more in-depth the process she was about to start, and away we went. At first, she was very careful to get an understanding of my pain levels with this, but quickly ascertained that she could go full steam ahead. We had a great pattering of conversation, and she gave me warning for what are usually problem areas for people, pain wise, during their first time.
Everyone's first time should be this smooth.
At the end of it, she gave a great rub down with antioxidants, toners, and a few other things I can't remember, and I walked out without sting, and with only minimal irritation -- there's only so much you can do for the skin's natural response, after all. And paying for it was probably the easiest part of all, since I didn't have to fumble around for my wallet -- she just asked if she should use the card on file, and that was that.
The next day, I can safely say that I have almost no sign that anything really happened at all, save for the lack of any of the hair, and the number of times I've been hugged and asked why I had never done this sooner. Obviously, everyone is a little different, but I feel confident that Tracy does a lot to make sure the first time has as much prep work as possible to make it easy. -

Tracy is great. I've had brazilians at just about everywhere: Maximum FX, Jackson Ruiz, sugaring with individual ladies, etc. I heart Tracy b/c she charges a fair price. I pay $50 for my wax, and she does not accept tips. She's extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable.
I'm a pretty quiet person who doesn't care to chit chat while someone's working on my bleepety-bleep-bleep, but she's genuine, and she actually brings out the talkativeness in me. And when I haven't been in the mood to talk, she's been all about that too.
And she has online booking...stars for that. -

Tracy is great for sure. Super friendly, and a knockout! (Which is a testament to her precision and skill in skincare as well)
I went to Tracy for my first brazilian, she was quick, and did a great job, she's very friendly and makes brazilian waxing seem run-of-the-mill (which it kinda is by now). The pain factor was not really bad at all, there were a couple times I thought "ouch!", but mostly it was just band-aid ripping style pain...and this was my first time. I just made sure to take a lot of ibuprofen beforehand.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5? Well Tracy, being the lovely lady she is, never makes her clients get in that weird "tuck your knees to your chest position" in order to get the little hidden fuzzies. And let's be honest, we're getting our lady bits waxed, there's not a lot to be modest about anyway. Unfortunately this face-saving technique always leaves a little patch of fuzz, and after a few visits, it just became frustrating--so I moved to Brazilia and into the not so prim and proper position, and have been much happier about my waxes since. -

I had been going to Tracy at Beautiful Me for several months to get Brazilian bikini waxes when I learned that she and Navya would be implementing laser hair removal into their service offerings. The Brazilians I had received were fantastic- always gentle and fast, but the permanency of laser really intrigued me.
Ever the nerd, I thoroughly researched the lasers that Navya and Tracy became certified to use as licensed estheticians. I was pleased to find that they were the top lasers in the industry and decided to go for it. Her pricing is competitive and she has these wonderful payment plans, so it can really work for any type of budget. Tracy actually used the laser on herself before she started with clients, so she told me exactly what to expect.
My first laser experience actually made me laugh because I was so surprised by how easy and relatively painless the process was. The laser blows a cold puff of air with each pulse, so it honestly feels like someone just lightly flicking/tapping you. I had zero irritation afterwards, and two weeks later (the laser makes hairs dormant and then they fall out after a few weeks) I could just pull them out. I would say I had a 60% reduction at least the first time, more in certain areas.
I just went back for my second round and it was the same as before, quick, painless and just so easy! I showed my mom the results from before and she wished they had the technology when she was younger. Ingrowns and razor burn are now a thing of the past, and as an athlete and cyclist I am more comfortable and sweat less in that area.
I highly recommend Beautiful Me and laser hair removal, but also waxing and skincare services. Tracy and Navya create such a caring, welcoming environment that just sets you at ease. Thank you for everything, Beautiful Me! -

Tracy and Navya are THE best at what they do. I've been going to them for waxing for over a year now, and I am still very pleased.
Like me, many people might feel a little uncomfortable letting their 'hoohah' hang all out in front of a complete stranger, but Navya and Tracy make you feel totally comfortable, and engage you in interesting conversation the entire time. Never once have I felt awkward. I even look forward to my sessions with Nayva so we can spend 30 minutes talking, she's so funny! The out come of your visit is fantastic too. You won't see any little red bumps or extended redness.
I haven't tried any of their other services, but I'm sure they kick-butt too. The online appointment maker is quick and easy, allowing you to make your monthly waxing appointments with ease. These two are the best in Austin. Highly recommended. -

Like Molly, I dove in to my first waxing experience in Austin by reading these Yelp reviews, and I was very, very pleased.
Navya did my waxing, and she was excellent! I was five minutes late and she was totally understanding. She's warm, friendly, and professional, and VERY good at what she does. She checked in with me throughout the procedure to see how I was doing, and she guided me clearly while also holding a fascinating conversation about our lives.
I would highly recommend her for any of your beauty needs. It sounds crazy, but I had such a good time chatting with her that I gave her a hug at the end of the appointment. I love Austin! -

Today was my second visit to Tracy for a brazillian wax. I have one of the lowest pain tolerances ever, but somehow Tracy was able to make waxing a very sensitive area actually bearable!! I was so worried the first time I went in that I wouldn't be able to go threw with it, but she did everything she could to help with the pain. She always pats the area she just waxed and then sprays a mixture she makes to help soothe the skin.
I am not one who is comfortable showing all the lady parts in front of just anyone (including my doctor!), but Tracy makes me feel very comfortable. I just try to remind myself that she sees a lot of lady parts each week.
As all of the other reviewers have said, she is incredibly knowledgeable. Not only does she inform me with all the facts about waxing and hair growth, she recommends products for all different beauty needs that she knows works.
It took me a long time to build up the courage to get waxed and thank God I did!! I will never go back to shaving and I'm hoping I'll never have to go to anyone else!
I highly recommend Tracy to anyone who wants a caring esthetician who will make waxing as painless as can possibly be!
I'm living proof to say the first time hurt pretty bad, but the second time was (almost) a breeze! If I can do it, you can to!
UPDATE:
This weekend I saw Navya and she was equally as amazing!! She was quick and it didn't hurt very much! She was very thorough in getting every last hair she could. Navya is very talkative and so easy to get along with. We found out we have quite a bit in common and live in the same part of town! She already feels like a friend and I can't wait to go back to see her again!
I would VERY highly recommend Navya and Tracy to anyone!! -

I just moved here and was nervous to find someone as good as my California lady for waxing. After yelping a few different places, I called Tracy and chatted with her a bit and felt really comfortable. I am kinda of particular about who I go to especially since waxing can be uncomfortable. She was very sweet and excellent at what she does. It was the least painful wax I've ever had and certainly a place I will return to and refer my friends to as well.

I had initially placed an appointment for micro-dermabrasion with Navya, however when I arrived she gave me a more thorough skin consultation and determined that a glycolic peal was more appropriate for my skin type. I am not the type to write Yelp reviews because it seems somewhat like a drain of time but I had to do so with Beautiful Me LLC- especially with Navya. She is amazing at what she does, a very calming and engaging person, pays careful attention to detail with my skin along with being professional but is incredibly sweet.
The procedure: The facial before and the peel itself were very enjoyable. My skin looked amazing afterwards without being too tight or feeling "chemically". All of the ingredients in the facial she gave me prior to the peel were organic and smelled delicious! She even went out of her way to sculpt my eyebrows, free of charge! They have never looked better, and she kept their shape and didn't try to over twease me into a Marlene Dietrich. The whole procedure only took 45 minutes and was extremely affordable- a mere $55 dollars, I was comfortable with paying more, especially for the quality of the skin care, atmosphere, and the expertise of the staff.
I have already recommended Navya to two other people today, and have told them to set up appointments. I will be going back to her definitely and pursue other aesthetic services at Beautiful Me LLC. I appreciate the relaxed and holistic atmosphere of their offices, along with the quality of natural products they use and sell at their suite. -

They are extremely nice, have great knowledge, and I had one awesome facial peel that has taken years off my face. It has also removed some hyperpigmentation in my skin with just one! I can't wait to head in and get another one!!

I tried Beautiful Me for eyebrow service based on all of the reviews I'd read on Yelp, and my Yelpers definitely didn't let me down when they recommended Tracy and Beautiful Me.
To start- It's easy to schedule appointments online and since they're available on Sundays, I was able to get in the very next day. Tracy was gentle and was fun to talk to while she was doing my eyebrows. She was able to share a wealth of information about eyebrows and hair growth and Tracy really listened to me when I explained how I like my eyebrows and did what I asked her to.
I'm used to beauty service providers pushing products, but Tracy didn't try to sell me any additional product or pressure me to make another appointment. Out of habit, I tried to schedule another appointment and she suggested that I wait until I felt like I needed to come in again because everyone's hair grows differently- what a breath of fresh air in the world of beauty services!
Tracy seemed like a good person and what's better than being able to patron a business owned by someone you like as a person? I left extremely happy with the shape of my eyebrows and will absolutely return!Listed in: Beauty & Grooming

I'll never go to another aesthetician again.
I've had some really bad experiences with bikini waxes in the past, and despite all of the amazing reviews for Beautiful Me I was still incredibly nervous when I booked my first Brazilian with Navya. She made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. She's so talented at what she does and extremely knowledgeable--went out of her way to answer all of my questions and make it as painless as possible. On top of that, she's one of the sweetest most genuine people you'll ever meet. Believe it or not, it's possible to look forward to getting hair ripped out of your body just so you can go catch up and joke around with Navya. I've briefly met her business partner, Tracy, who seems like a complete sweetheart too.
Can't say enough good things about Beautiful Me. If you're considering booking an appointment to go see those darling girls, do it! -

It was 24 hours before my wedding day when I peered at my face in the mirror. The direct sunlight was streaming in from the open window, and to my horror I didn't see my own chin, but one belonging to, well, Mr. Ed (a horse is a horse, of course of course). Shiny, blond horse whiskers coming out of my face! The chin! The upper lip! The wedding coming up!
As any good Yelper would do, I searched for the best waxing salon in Austin and came up with this wonderful place. Made an appointment, went in, and Nayva immediately put me at ease with her warm personality and fun conversation. You see, this was my first wax job ever. I have been tweezing, plucking, and trimming those pesky little equine-looking things into submission with much discomfort and trouble.
The waxing didn't hurt, and Nayva counseled me on some other skin issues I've been dealing with for years. She also took a look at my eyebrows and gave them an upgrade. All in all, the experience was great. 5 stars very much deserved and highly recommended. -

I wondered how much I really wanted to write a public account of a waxing session of my lady-bits. But after my first brazillian experience, I knew I had to give Beautiful Me its well-deserved props. I saw Navia for my first ever waxing appointment, and from the very start she was informal, yet tactful; warm, yet professional, and I felt completely comfortable. She talked me though the process, and effectively distracted me with non-wax related conversations as well. She warned me about particularly painful areas, and I felt as comfortable as you can be during the whole session. Additionally, the results were wonderful. I have officially retired my shaver (for certain unmentionable areas, at least) - I just booked my second appointment, and I highly recommend this salon for all newbies and veterans of waxing :)

We know the ladies like this place by how willingly and gleefully they describe their appointments. So from a guy's perspective it's also a good experience. I had back and shoulders done and Navya was amazing. It's not as delicate of an area as what most of the clientele have maintained but it was as enjoyable as having hair pulled from you can possibly be. The facilities are next to Boite which is one of my fav places, it's quiet, serene and clean. And she had a Journey CD on the whole time so I was happy. The price is low considering the quality, I'd have paid more.

I love this place. Its hard enough for me to commit myself to to the pain that comes with a bikini wax, but I almost forgot how much I had to endure with all the pleasant conversation with Navya. She make me feel extremely comfortable and did an amazing job too! I just heard a horror story of a friend who said she walked out midway through the job because it was such a grueling experience, I immediately recommended Beautiful Me.
The space is beautiful and inviting, very clean and comfortable. She even gave me tips to prevent awful ingrowns. LOVE this place, highly recommend it to all you ladies out there!! -

I went to Tracey about 2 weeks ago for my first brazilian wax. Tracey put me right at ease and explained the process. She did a great job. Tracey is quick and professional. I'll be back!!

Navya is not only super sweet, she is fantastic at what she does! I had a Brazilian wax there and her technique is as good as it gets. I've been getting Brazilian's for almost a decade, and hers hardly hurt. It was one of the longer waxes I've had but only because she was very thorough. She made me feel so comfortable which isn't always easy to do when your naked from the bottom down! I am definitely keeping her on my top list of Austin waxers. Make an appointment, you won't be sorry!

As a first time waxer I was VERY nervous. But I LOVE Tracy. She makes you feel comfortable, she obviously knows what she is doing, and made my first waxing so easy I'm definitely going back.
