I've been broke lately because I haven't been working because I finally made the move to Alameda to cohabitate with Michael full time.

We went here after going to Toast, and I must say that I was astounded.

There are so many different types of beads, craft wire, hardware, and whatever else you can think of.

I was very good because I only bought $14 worth of stuff which amused Michael to no end, but I'm trying to be very good with my money.

I bought a few cubic zirconia pieces that were pricey but I wanted them because they were purdy and sparkly. They have the most unusual items and I really can't say enough about them. They have oodles and oodles of chains (as in a wall full of chains) and it caught my eye as I was being rung up. The lady asked me if I wanted to see them and my family laughed at me when I firmly said "NO!". I told them I wanted to come back by myself and pore over them because I felt as though we were pressed for time.

The prices are a bit steep but I am a cheap ass. They do have a monthly special (20% off on pearls this month, I think). The lady behind the counter was super nice.

This inviting little bead shop in Mill Valley hosts a large selection of beads in all textures, colors, styles, shapes, and sizes.  They repair beads and also offer classes on beading techniques.  The ladies are always willing to help.
