We love to take our out of town visitors to the Beach House. It's a fun atmosphere, the service is always great. The tropical bread and butter is very delicious! They took the fish tacos off the menu recently, which was very disappointing. But there are plenty of other things to choose from.
We love to go to the beach all day then end our day having a burger, beer and watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico.
It really only deserves one or two stars, but the location gets a star all by itself. You are literally on the beach, and the gorgeous gulf setting almost compensates for the mediocre, expensive food and bad service. But go anyway, at least once and look out at the gulf for the dolphins!
