I have been craving good bbq since we left Georgia, for some reason there's hardly any GOOD bbq spots in the Va Beach area... If you know Sonny's in the south, then you know what kind of bbq spot I'm talking about.
Not classy/upscale, but for goodness sake, it is BBQ, not a four course menu, right? I found the staff friendly and courteous, the sandwich is GREAT, really loved it with the mahogany sauce!
Very much worth a try if you want some GOOD bbq. It's the best spot we've found yet! (But don't go to the Beach Bully location at the airport, the food is awful at that one!)
Pretty amazing stuff. Great southern style BBQ. Has that basic Virginia Beach vibe that welcomes you into it's arms to annihilate some pulled pork. Everything was solid and on point, if you want some superb eats, head over.
We just used Beach Bully to cater a BBQ we had at the park. Excellent! All the food was fresh and hot. Large portions....easy to work with... and delicious! Fried chicken, Pulled pork, beans & cole slaw were all very tasty. They included all the paper products, condiments, and even tongs and servings spoons to serve. Great service & will definitely use them again.
