University of California IrvineLol. Yelping BC's is awkward.
It's been more than a year since I've been here, but like Christina C. said, it's the closest place to eat if you're in the bio sci area. You can't really go wrong with the salad bar ($2-3 on average). It's a great addition to that sandwich you pack to save money as a college student. Sometimes you splurge and get a pizza (of course, using that "buy 10-or-so slices and get one free card!).
Great place to study during off-lunch hours and there are a couple of power outlets for laptops. Lots of rickety tables that you can push together to form study groups, or just sit by yourself and watch the people walk through Aldrich Park.

I dine here almost once a week because it's just so close to my place of work as do most grad students, post-docs and professors in bio sci. I've also run into plenty of premeds and med students who have just had enough of the med cafe across the way. When you're in the bio sci area, BC's is the only dining facility within 50 yards so naturally you can't help but eat here.
The food is decent and sometimes actually pretty good. The burritos are pretty big and the lunch specials are only $5.67 (w/a 22oz. drink). Chong the asian guy who makes the sandwiches has been there for years and is a sandwich making machine. He's quick and actually looks like he enjoys placing those colored toothpicks into your sandwich.
BC's is also a decent place to study or do work in the early AM when its patrons are either just getting to work or barely starting their day. The tables are big and free UCI WiFi make it a good place to grab a breakfast burrito and get a few hours of work done before the day starts.
