I walked into the upper east side location to purchase a coat, when i was greeted (I use that term loosely) sales associates who were in the back trying on dresses.
They didn't have the color I wanted to so i came to the upper west side location. Best decision ever.
I called ahead to check if they had the item I wanted, and the associate was so happy to help (and thank god they had it in stock!)
I came by later on to pick my coat up and they were equally helpful in the store - despite it being rather busy. I'm definitely coming back to this location to shop, even though I live on the east side.
Beautiful dresses here!! And at the time they were having a great deal, buy a dress $300 or more get $100 off.
Me and the girls tried on all different dresses then had a photo shoot in the dressing room area and got a bunch of great laughs. Not many fitting rooms so since we're all friends we buddied up and changed together. We would have bought the dresses but we didn't actually need them at the moment and chose to save our money at the time. But the shoes and dresses they have downstairs are amazingly beautiful. Upstairs they have a wide variety of clothes from business casual to a night out on the town attire.
The one bad thing about this store is the heat! Its the fall and cool outside and this place was extremely hot. We were literally sweating in there while trying on dresses and I asked the gentlemen working about it and he said they just rent the space so there isn't much the store can do about it. He said trust me its much worse in the summer since we dint have AC. OMG, you poor thing! I consider that a health violation. People should not have to work in such horrid temperatures.
