Awwwwww. Le Sad..... This store has closed.
While the original location in Lakeview (on Paulina) is still rockin', this favorite Bucktown spot of mine will be sorely missed.
RIP, my friend.

The sister store to Bazar on Paulina (Lakeview) is now open at Damen and Webster in Bucktown.... and… Read more »
Cute shop. It has much of the same stuff that their sister store in Lakeview. Inexpensive dresses, skirts, tops, etc. The salesperson was also really helpful.
Note: According to the salesperson, this location will be closing soon as they are not as busy as the Lakeview location. Go there now before it's too late!
Bazar is one of those stores that is *so pretty* you are certain that you won't be able to afford a thing they sell. Au contraire.
Barely inside the door and my arms were already full of items to try on. I told myself I wouldn't look at prices until I was in the dressing room and it was decision time. However, as I was shifting through the racks, a price tag caught my eyes - $28. Twenty-eight dollars?! Awesome! It's on.
At the register, I started chatting with the girl behind the counter about how pretty the store was. She informed me that the owner takes vacations to South America and hand-selects the tables and chairs in the store (all of which are for sale, should you be interested and him willing).
I was a bit early to the Yelp event, so I stopped in this cute little boutique.
Bazar is great for cute little tops, dresses, skirts and accessories. Perfect for summer dresses and beach tops!
The store is organized by color, mostly whites, blues, beige, black and orange. Very simple designs and very casual.
The prices are really great too. I don't think I saw anything for more than $70. I think I will stop by later in the season and pick up a few things. There were a few pairs of shoes here that looked really cute, but not exactly my style.
I just found one of my new favorite stores...
I was surprised by the quality and reasonable (not cheap but like i said, reasonable) prices of the unique pieces in store...
This place is so my kind of store. Totally my style with Tulle, Kenzie Girl, Hazel...
The Paulina store is very nice and spacious. It has a great feel as soon as you walk in. There's cool arty stuff strewn around and then you notice the clothes. I just bought a dress I really like and it was $58 plus 10.50 % sales tax (the highest in the nation, probably the world as of today).
The sale rack was good too.
Varied and eclectic mix of clothing, bags and home accessories. Great layout to the store and the best fitting rooms I have seen! They appear to be the size of an entire room in this old house-turned store front. I love their selection of various home accessories, they have some very unique pieces which are vintage-inspired with a modern flair. This store fits in very well with the area and the prices are very reasonable.
