Judging by everyone else's reviews, I must have had a special shuttle angel watching over me, 'cause I had absolutely no problems with this company. They were helpful and polite on the phone, right on time, I was the only one in the shuttle, polite but silent driver (although his texting while circling around on the cloverleaf to get on 880 from 92 was....interesting), and they got me to Oakland airport in 45 minutes. Now, mind you, this was later afternoon on a Wednesday, but still. And they were affordable - for some odd reason, it seems like all shuttles that serve Burlingame to Oakland airport cost upwards of $90. Ain't all rich folks living here in Burlingame, y'all!! How about throwing a bone to those of us firmly in the middle class crunch with student debt to pay?? Bayporter charged me $40. Good deal, good experience. Sorry all the rest of you had such a bad experience! Maybe this company is taking a turn for the better....
This truly THE WORST shuttle service that I have ever used. Not only did they leave me stranded at the pick up location at SFO for over an hour, but whenever I called them to explain they were unforgivably rude, telling me that that is just the way they do business.
I cannot believe these guys are still in business. If you actually have a life, and don't have time to wait around in an airport parking lot for over an hour then I strongly suggest finding another shuttle service.
I will never, ever use Bayporter Express again. If you value your time, need to make flights on time, etc., then either take a cab or find another shuttle service. Traveling is stressful enough without having to deal with rude, incompetent people who don't value your time or your business.
Use someone else - you will be glad you did.
$26 one way from OAK to San Francisco. Luckily I was the only passenger, which made up for the fact that it took them 40 minutes to pick me up. If you have a car think it's a much better option to park in one of the 3rd party discount lots as I saw many of these free parking shuttles pass by while I froze in the wind waiting for a vintage 12-passenger.

I no longer live in an area where you can just call Bayporter, and I miss it. Of all the shuttle services I've tried, this one is the best. We were never late, the drivers were nice, and the prices ok. One driver got lost once, but he still got me to the airport on time. I can't say any of that about the other services.
