Great for taking lessons and the short game practice area is perfect for working on your game.  Jeff Dean is a great instructor who uses video to break down your swing.  If you're in need of lessons then Jeff is the man for you.  Their prices are the best around.

    I am not a golfer.

At all. Frankly, I don't like playing sports I am not naturally good at it, and golf falls squarely into that category. No amount of hustle, determination, blood, sweat or tears can make one a "good" golfer. Hell, they wouldn't even make me a "less than stellar" golfer!

Regardless, I had a BLAST at Bay Meadows. The weather was absolutely gorgeous, I was in the company of great girls, I got to drive a golf cart...the day was just lovely.

Bay Meadows is great for beginners (9 holes, all par 3). There's a driving range and a "learning center." (Guess I should've taken a few thousand trips over there prior to my debut). Nice clubouse, beautiful course that winds and flows...out in the country but relatively close to town.

$21.50 for one game with cart. They don't serve booze, so I cannot award a 5th star. A beverage cart was absolutely necessary for this endeavor and I do believe a few cocktails and I could've rivaled a Tiger Woods swing...no really!

Ok, no not really...but you can bring your own. I'll know for next time :)

Def a great stop if you're vacationing in the area and want to play a quick round. I'm sure I left about 57 golf balls out there, so help yourself...
