Just had my 3rd overnight stay here since 2006.   This hotel is the best SFO airport area value I've had after trying more than one dozen other hotels over the past 30 years.  Really for $139 / nite, you get a clean room, that is large enough for 2 adults, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big, the shower pressure is strong.   The breakfast bar has lots of variety for a self-serve, no frills set-up.

You get 7 days free car parking in the hotel lot for one nite stay.

Downside:  The airport shuttle bus serves 5 hotels.  The vehicle  is too small during peak passenger times.  It comes thru the airport only once or twice per hour. If you arrive @ SFO after 9:00pm, you take a taxi -  The shuttle is off-line.

This was the last hotel of our LA-SF trip before flying back home. The bed was pretty comfy, and can't complain about the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Clean and comfy room. Good size bathroom and complementary breakfast. You even have a microwave inside the hotel room. How cool is that! Highly recommend this hotel to anybody and we'll stay here again.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at.  Microwave? Check.  Refrigerator? Check.  Free parking?  Check.  Free wi-fi?  Check.  Free newspaper?  Check.  Free continental breakfast?  Check.  Free shuttle to the BART?  Check.  Workout room?  Check.  The only thing this place is missing is a swimming pool.  This is a family-owned and operated hotel and I was really pleased with the 2+ days I stayed here.  It's really clean and the bathrooms aren't ghetto.  I also got a king-sized bed that faced the front of the hotel.  (I don't think the bay-view would be worth it anyways).  I definitely would come back again!

We were really happy with the deal we got on this place. $69 a night. A nicer 3 star hotel. It was right next to the water, which made it cooler, but surrounded by big name chain hotels. Plenty of places to eat nearby and easily accessible to the freeway. They could step it up on the breakfast bar, but hey you get what you pay for. For the price...this is a steal!

The hotel service is nice. They are friendly and family owned! The hotel room is equipped with even microwave. Price is reasonable and rooms are roomy and nice. Overall, very clean and provided free high speed wired and wireless internet and even a nice computer with color printer (pretty nice and updated computer, not the crappy type) down in the lobby hall. Free breakfast downstairs dining area with newspaper at the door. They also have a small gym area, which I didn't feel like going for a visit on this trip. Free shuttle service 4am - 12am from SFO (BART station as well) to the hotel, only 5 minutes away, very convenience. I would definitely give a 5 stars if the price would be even cheaper, then it would be a great deal.

Conclusion: It was well-worth of my money!

I came here for an event on Sunday.  This is a cute little hotel.  The suites are pretty nice.  They've got a cute little kitchen and sitting area.  I do wish the hotel served food all day long and didn't take a break between lunch and dinner, but most hotels do that, so I guess that's the norm.  They've got a cute patio area outside where you can chill and smoke.  A nice little hotel if you wanna stay by the airport.

Finding a nice but affordable hotel in the Bay Area can be really difficult.  Especially in a convenient location.  Bay Landing is one of the few exceptions.  The hotel is very fresh and clean, offering a room safe, fridge, and free wi fi in each room.  The hidden treasure here is the free breakfast.  Unlike most hotels that offer a basic continental breakfast that may include cereal, a few donuts, and a piece of aging fruit (if your lucky!), Bay Landing has a nice buffet including a waffle maker, juices, and pastries just to name a few.  The complimentary cookies in the evening are also a nice touch. If you are planning on going into SF, you can take the complimentary shuttle which runs every half hour over to the Bart Station at the airport. Overall, great place for the value 4.5 stars.

[Okay, first, the price]
Affordable. A last minute room reservation for a two-bed room cost us $89/night. The room comes equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, mini-safe, air conditioner, double-paned windows, and a tv with access to movies on demand and games.

[Services and amenities]
Well, there's a small gym for fitness nuts. It looks out onto the beautiful terrace, which faces the bay. There are elliptical and regular treadmills, stationary bicycles, and a weight lifting station. There are no free weights. I'm not really into going to the gym when I'm on a weekend vacation, so I didn't use it at all.

I was more interested in the fact that the hotel provides free wired and wireless internet access in all its rooms, an internet-capable computer that's hooked up to a color printer for visitor use, and provides a kick ass breakfast.

There are no scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, but the hotel does provide pancakes, fruit, cereals, English muffins, bagels, muffins, three different juices, coffee, and allows you to make your own waffles.

[Other considerations]
The hotel is only down the street (about 5 minutes away) from the San Francisco Airport. It is also just a hop away to Daly City and San Francisco.

If you're driving around the Bay Area and don't want to pay San Francisco prices for a hotel room, then I would suggest considering Bay Landing.

Stayed here for a work conference. Things looked a little rocky at first because I think I was checked in by someone that must have had a rough morning. But when she realized that I wasn't bat $hit crazy for trying to check in at 9:00am, things got a little better. "Ma'am, what I'm trying to tell you is that check-in isn't until noon." And what I'M trying to tell YOU is that my roommate had checked in the night before so I really just need a room key! But once things gotten straightened out, she efficiently gave me my room key and sent me along my merry way.
The halls are a little stuffy so I'm not sure if they use the A/C outside of the rooms. I mean the rooms and lobby are quite comfortable but hefting your bag down the lobby is not so much a treat. But maybe they're saving electricity? The rooms are decent - they are clean and that is most important in my book. A nice bonus was that had a great view of the bay. The continental breakfast is pretty good and way better than most. The patio dining area is pretty sweet and because the hotel is right on the water, they have access to some really nice walking/jogging trails. Conveniently located near a couple of restaurants if happy hour is your thing and near the SFO.
Not sure how much it all cost (on the company dime, after all) but if it's reasonable I would definitely come back.

great place (free wi-fi, a gym, and a yummy breakfast). nice hotel (very clean). cool staff. but a lousy shuttle service. i think they outsource. when we'd get back to SFO from the bart, we'd call for a shuttle and wait, and wait, and wait. we hoped a nearby hotel's shuttle three times, we waited so long! we got this place through expedia and it was well-priced.
