Dr. Vitaly is great! If you're looking for a chiropractor in Palo Alto, I highly recommend him.

i bought a voucher on groupon for $25 to spend at oolamoola, and this chiropractic/massage therapist office was one of the vendors on the list that would honour the voucher.

i called and left a message about making an appointment, to which my call was promptly returned and i was scheduled an appointment for the following week.  i was pleased that i was able to get the day and time that i wanted with just a few days notice.  the person on the other end was also very friendly.

parking on this street is plentiful, but note that during the daytime on weekdays, you can only park for 2 hours on this street (as well as most of the surrounding streets).

i arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment, and filled out a simple intake form.  after using the restroom, i came out and was promptly greeted by the massage therapist, who, to my surprise, was a therapist i knew from another salon!  i was quite pleased to see sean, since he had given me an excellent chair massage at SimplyBe Salon and Spa a month ago.

just like last time, we sat down for a few minutes to discuss what was going on with my body and any requests i had.  once i was on the table, he came in and worked his magic, just like he did the previous time.  i specifically asked for extensive work on my lower body (glutes & legs), and some attention to my shoulder & neck, and that's exactly what he focused on.  what i really appreciate about sean is his ability to guage someone's body/muscles and give just the right amount of pressure without being told.  since the was the 1st "table" massage that i had received from him, i was very impressed (and pleased) that i didn't have to give him much feedback about the pressure or how i felt, b/c he simply knew what was needed to get a knot out here, or release tension there.  when he was finished, he gave me some feedback and suggestions based on our session together.

i walked out of this office feeling much more relaxed, and the tension from my muscles released.

the only downside i want to mention about this office is that the walls are thin.  unfortunately, for the duration of my session, i could hear everything that was going on outside, in the adjacent rooms, and in the lobby/reception area.  i could tell that folks were speaking in their normal voices, no one was shouting, but unfortunately, i could hear every word that was being said.  the ability to hear others' voices during my session did take away from the peacefulness and enjoyment of my massage.

before i left, they offered me membership for "Club Bay Bodywork" which is a monthly massage membership program.  for $39/month, you get the following:
*1 hr long massage ($90 value)
*unlimited $39 massage for the member (starting with the 2nd massage of the month)
*access to experienced and proven therapists

i think this is a great deal, $39 per 1 hr massage is an excellent price, especially for an experienced therapist like sean.

I was a patient of Dr V. for about a year but I am no longer in the area so I had to cancel my care.  Dr V. and Dr. Maria are great!  Very personable and interested in your well-being.  I've been to two other chiropractors in the past and I'd have to say the knowledge and practice here is top notch.  The only thing this office is missing is one of those massage table deals with the roller deal that gets into your back; I'd rate this 5 stars if they had this!

I don't know why anyone would say Dr. V doesn't have good people skills - maybe it was just a bad first impression or the person writing the review had some other bias?  Go in to the office and talk to him for yourself and you'll find that review is off base.

Dr. Vitaly and Dr. Maria are first-class, in professionalism and in their patient care. I walked in their office a month ago with a stubbornly painful lower back and, just as Dr. V predicted, the pain almost completely disappeared after a few visits. I was impressed by the fact that he insisted on x-rays before doing the first adjustment, as this shows me that he is very careful in his approach. And I was actually shocked at how crooked my spine is, so I'm in for some long-term care to get myself straightened out. I've always been a believer in getting to the root of the problem rather than just masking it with pain meds. The office exudes a caring atmosphere. I am a cash patient and found that they were very helpful in working with me to provide top-quality but still affordable care. I highly recommend them to anyone considering chiropractic care.

I have always been a somewhat aprehensive about going to the chiropractor until I had my first apt. with Dr. Mozeson. They make you feel very comfortable almost as if you're family. They try to inform and empower you to help yourself feel better. After every apt. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off by back, literally. They are obviously very knowledgeable and skilled in their field. I would definately recommend going to see them if you want to start feeling better or just need a quick adjustement every once in awhile.

Dr. Vitaly is very nice and does his job well.  However, his prices increase regularly, far above inflation.  He also pushes you to return often.  If you are fully covered by insurance, he's a good choice.  However, if you are a cash customer, I think you can find a better deal elsewhere.
