Two weeks after moving into our town home, the stains that COIT supposedly removed started reappearing and were everywhere. Not to mention that my allergies were getting worse which I believe was due to chemical residue left in the carpet. I wanted a company that would clean without chemicals and thoroughly dry the carpet so no mold would grow underneath. Zerorez did an excellent job and were able to remove most of the stains. My allergies also improved. We highly recommend this company!

I have used Zerorez a few times. I did so because their advertisements said they got out difficult stains that others could not. However, the stain returned. (it was caused by my dogs regurgitation on our carpet). I called Z to ask for them to come back but they said their service was done too many months before for them to do anything. I ordered another cleaning from them- my mistake. The stain returned again and I called them immediately after this time. Now they gave me a bull story about some under carpet wetness. If you have a difiicult stain, don't believe the Zerorez propaganda about them removing it, Gene Burns notwithstanding. They don't honor their advertised claims.
Post script. They did come back and fixed the problem. -

They arrived on time as scheduled and the two carpet tech guys were very courteous and fast-working. They moved some pieces of furniture that I figured we would just clean around. The carpets look good and dried quickly.

I guess they cleaned the carpet fine, (I can't tell that it's any cleaner than the usual way of cleaning), but I had asked to let me know when he was done, so I could decide whether to also have him clean the sofa. But afterwards he packed all the hoses back on the truck and forgot. He couldn't bring the hoses back in because they had gotten in the dirt outside. I told him that was okay, and he said he could probably come first thing in the morning. He gave me his cellphone number to confirm. I called mid-morning and left an inquiring message. No word back. Ever.

Highly recommended! These guys were friendly, on time, and did a great job. It was super quick, too. They were in, set up, cleaned and out in an hour, maybe even a bit less. (They were thorough, though- I have a small place!) They even helped me put my bedframe back in place and my mattress/box spring back on it.
The carpet looks great, and it's not sopping wet. After reading about other carpet cleaning and how it leaves detergents and other nasty stuff behind, I definitely thought this would be the better alternative.
I paid $150 for two rooms- totally worth it for me, considering I haven't had the carpets cleaned in the 6 years I've lived here. -

I would love to give a review however they did not think it was worth their time to come out and do my 1 room that needed cleaning. They told me they wouldn't come out for less than $175.00. Can you imagine that in this economy? I have paid up to $100.00 for the same space before, but I guess they don't need the money. I guess I will call COIT.

This is the best in carpet and surfacing cleaning. I have used this company for the past 4 years and they are always on time. They are very professional and they get right to business. And, they don't just clean carpets, but tile and furniture as well. You may pay more than the competition, but when it comes to a job well done, there is no real competition for these guys.

Cleaners were very friendly, attentive and courteous. There was a significant improvement in the condition of my carpet. It cost just a little more than the Rug Doctor rental at the grocery store when you add the rental cost and solution, and it was faster and saved me time.

The ONLY reason I'm giving them a 4-star is because I really don't know if carpets will stay cleaner longer due to the non-soap solution they use for cleaning.
He was friendly, courteous, listened, efficient. He gave me a quote for other items; tile cleaning and pricing for different sections in case I didn't want to do it all. I asked if he had time to do bathroom tile, he did. He spot cleaned an area to see if I approved before he continued. He was very fast. He cleaned dining, living, family rooms; stairs, hallway, main bathroom tiles and a pet-ordor pre-spotting for $405. It took him 1 1/2 hrs and he was out the door.
The stairs were a little more wet and longer to dry, but the rainy weather didn't help. Also, he was outside waiting for 10 min so nice to know he came before the scheduled 2-hr time frame. I only had a dining room table to move, but he did that and placed it back when done.
I definitely will use them again. He recommended getting carpets cleaned every 2 yrs because of the solutions Zerorez uses!!! -

I highly recommend Zerorez. They were on time, friendly, helpful, and the carpet cleaning was the best I've had. I've used the big name companies and small mom and pop carpet cleaning services and Zerorez is the best. They are more expensive than the other guys, but the cleaning is excellent and the carpet was dry in a couple of hours. It's been four days since the carpets were cleaned and no spots have resurfaced. I will use Zerorez exclusively for my carpet cleaning needs.

Amazing, and I do mean AMAZING carpet cleaning! Our carpets are 16 years old, a light color and they were absolutely horrid looking. Given that we are having company over for Christmas I decided to try Zerorez (we had used other companies before with limited results).
The two carpet cleaners showed up early (they called first and asked if we would mind an earlier time), and got right to work. They cleaned the master bedroom, the hallway, the dinning room and family room.
They were quick, thorough and worked very hard to get the dirt, spots and grime off of our carpets.
The carpets were dry the next day and WOW! I still can't believe how GREAT our carpets look right now, simply amazing. There was only one spot they could not remove, but ALL of the dirt and grime is gone and the carpets have never been cleaner.
I highly recommend using Zerorez to clean your carpets, especially if you have old, dirty, and well worn carpets. -

I will never use another carpet cleaning company. I have used many companies over the years, and this place was the ONLY one that didn't take forever to dry. It also wasn't crunchy after, and the carpet was fluffy MUCH cleaner and MUCH brighter than anyone else was able to get it. Since I do dog rescue and own several dogs myself, there is always at least one "special" spot that needs to be cleaned. Those spots didn't come wicking back up a week later either.
The guys always show up on time, which is a huge plus. I'll say they're not the cheapest in town, but with the job they do, I don't care! I can also feel safe knowing there's nothing nasty in their cleaner that will hurt my dogs. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and will continue as long as they keep doing what they're doing!
Downside: they have a 3 room minimum and I only have 2 rooms + hall that need cleaning. The rest is tile or too crowded to get into. That part sucks, but again, the result is so good, I will continue to call them! -

OK...six months have passed and it's time for an update.
I like it when the product delivers. Zerorez delivers. There is, of course, what I would consider normal wear but that's not due to Zerorez; that's due to us. Their "dirt magnet" comparison seems to be true. Other carpet treatments seemed to not fare well and pick up dirt at a faster rate than before the cleaning. Not so with Zerorez. Also, our carpets are light colored, so I was concerned about this.
At this juncture, I plan on having them back. I also recommend them and commend them for doing what they do so well.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I am totally impressed with this organization. They cleaned my rugs that had residue from several previous carpet cleanings and when the stain surfaced again in one area, they came back out and cleaned it again! The carpets looked brand new. The men who came the first time and the second time were professional, on time and very courteous. I highly recommend Bay Area Zerorez. In fact, I just recommended them to my boss to clean the carpets in our office buidling.

Hmm, the person I spoke with on the phone was rude and would not check availability for the day I required their services unless I would confirm a booking. (???) I decided not to book their services as I couldn't be assured they were available on the day I needed. Sort of a strange way to do business....
