I went to BAC based on the wonderful Yelp reviews.  Unfortunately my experience wasn't as pleasant. I had a hard drive fail. They were unable to retrieve the data and, correctly, recommended a clean room environment. When I picked up the computer they had decided it needed additional hardware and had installed it without permission. That's certainly an interesting way of selling added services. I made them remove the hardware and refused to pay for any of it.

The work they did to my requirements was fine. Watch out for the hidden costs!

If You Have any problems w/ your computer; Be it Viruses or some adware,malware or anything else...THIS GUYS ARE THE BEST...PERIOD!!!.I brought my 2 laptops,(in a span of 8 months in between) 1 has a corrupted system & the other just wouldn't start at all, both fixed by these guys! They're fast, friendly, Reasonably priced service and most of all...they are honest right-up front w/ you on what your computer needs. I live in Hayward, I go out of my way just to go to these guys coz i know they're THAT GOOD & they never dissapointed me. I Highly recommend & I Will vouch for these guys, Why Go Anywhere Else!?

I approached them, after a Phone call. The person at the counter tells me we buy only used computers not old.

So Beware Before You Deal with Them.  I had travelled about 70 miles both ways.
