Battery X-Change

The battery in my car had drained twice in the last three weeks. I drove to Battery X-Change in Oregon City, ready to buy a new battery. They tested the battery and let me know that it tested OK and that the problem might be some sort of battery drain (e.g. light left on) when the car is parked.

I shouldn't be amazed when a business has great service even when they DON'T sell you anything, but it's nice to know that honest people can still be found.

I'll definitely be heading to Battery X-Change in Oregon City the next time I actually do need a new car battery!

I didn't catch the gentleman's name but super fast and efficient. I googled the price after and it wasn't the lowest but it was close and for the speed of delivery, well worth a little extra. Highly recommend.

Been here for battery and alternator on separate occasions and have been grateful for their pricing and customer service. Evan helped me yesterday get a new battery and installed it in minutes; he was extremely helpful and sociable --can't say enough good things about their business.

Went in after a dealership said failed battery test. Turns out they tested on a dirty terminal. In fact it didn't fail after cleaning the terminal. It was strange because it would start fine before, but this place solved the conflict with clear answers. So yeah, get your batteries here.

Second time going here and both times they've been the lowest price but even better was the service. Very fast, very friendly. Won't go anywhere else

Excellent service! Evan is very knowledgeable and fast, tested cca on 3 or 4 batteries for me . I had ordered burritos to-go next store before I went to the battery exchange. The whole experience was so quick, I still had to wait a little for the food. LOL
Got home and the new battery works perfect! Couldn't beat the price! Thank you :)

After car battery died, called at 5:15 to see if they were open. Just got an answering machine.

The techs are always very helpful, honest and try to get you the best deal on a battery. Repairs are quick, I usually give them a tip!

Honestly? Battery X-Change has never done wrong by me. It is the first stop I make at any sign of battery trouble. Mechanics are nice, honest and get the job done. Prices are good.

Nothing to complain about. I'm sure you'll agree if you use them in the future. Pretty casual too. Feel free to swear, they don't seem to mind. They understand how much it !$#;!; sucks to have your battery die in the dead of winter. They've got your back and they won't lighten your wallet.
