Ok let me start off by saying I have not stayed here because my pre-experience was so awful. The people that own this place are, for lack of a better word, assholes. Now this place has a great location and the house part is absolutelyy beautiful. Its right next to the elks club which is were I am having my wedding. I emailed this place to ask about blocking rooms for my wedding. I got short response back saying we don't do that. I was a little confused because what kind of place doesn't want more business or money. So I emailed again just to verify. Their exact response was "We don't do that and please DON'T email us again". I was shocked!
I talked with my wedding coordinator about this place and she relayed a story to me about a bride who reserved a room here and brought her and her bridesmaids in there to get ready. The owners knocked on the door yelling that the  room was only for 2 people and kicked them out, so this poor bride had no where to go to get ready before her wedding. She then called the coordinator who let her in early to get ready. Needless to say I have not recommended this place to any of my guest and never will recommend this place to anyone.

This ain't no Best Western.  This is an actual hotel, I think.  Well, I stayed there and there was no mention/look/smell/feel of a Best Western.  I loved this place.  It was just what I needed, I wish I could have stayed longer but apparently, my days of a working woman are still in my current life.  I loved the location, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was a little nicer than most cheap continental meals.  I accidentally poured half and half on my total cereal.  But, I still ate it.  I wish that pitcher was marked half and half.  They have cookies in the afternoon too!  I can't elaborate more on this place, just go online and check it out.  I stayed at the Seaside House.
