The single reason why I will [edit: sometimes] choose Tanger over Woodbury (during regular sales and holiday weekends). The location is small and very limited in menswear and accessories, but I can always find surprisingly good marked-down pieces (both from last season and some that are still in the regular store). Great shopping during seasonal transitions, so you can stock up on whatever you're missing for the current weather conditions. The sales are way better than in Off-5th, and the merchandise never looks used and unwanted (or very outdated) like it can be at Last Call. Oh, and the salespeople are super-friendly and the store is never crowded.

Woodbury is, of course, the default place to be in the wee hours of the morning after the end-of-the-year holidays!
