I can speak to how Cody is with young dogs! We got an 18 month old dog 6 months ago or so, and worked with Cody to integrate her into his playgroup. She now LOVES him and comes home tired (and she is a super energy pup).
He also continues to be great with old dogs. He carried our really old dog up and down stairs when he couldn't make it any more, and does the same for our current really old (and NOT small) dog.

Cody is awesome.
Unlike Margie's old dogs, mine are young and active and one of them is a completely obnoxious 45 pound spaz monster fluff ball whose favorite activity in life is barking. (I should write a review for this breed: Keeshond. 3 stars). Cody still loves him. He comes back from his walks worn out and happy.
We've been using Cody for over 2 years and he is totally reliable, trustworthy, patient and sweet with dogs. HIghly, highly recommend.
Cody is simply an ideal dog walker. We used him for about 4 years, and only quit because we moved 3,000 miles away. For a long time, we had two large dogs - each over 100 pounds, and he handled them with ease. They LOVED him. He would often take them out before 9 and not bring them back until after 12. When they got back, they'd make a beeline for the couch and sleep the rest of the afternoon away.
Then, when one of our pups got cancer, Cody adjusted their schedule to accommodate them to walks apart form the rest of the group. It was really great for Cody to do that, especially since we lived all the way across the city from him.
Also, Cody is great with monitoring the dogs' health. He is always looking out to see if a dog is a little less energetic than usual, or if he has any bumps or bruises, Cody will point them out to you so you can be sure that everything is fine.
All in all, just a great, trustworthy dogwalker that I recommend to anyone without reservation. Ethan misses Cody greatly!!!!
