Our child, I mean, our beautiful little golden retriever has spent many a nights at the Bark and Purr.  She has been going there since she was a wee little pup so she is accustom to the place.  She runs up to the door with no problem and they take her on back to her own room...yes, the dogs all have their own room, no cages.  

The thing I love about this place is that the people that run it are always there.  Someone is with the dogs 24/7 and they take your dogs out 6 to 7 times a day.  If you want (which we always do b/c our dog has a lot of energy), they will let the big dogs out to play together and put the little ones in their own little room that appears to be like a doggy amusement park.
