I got to visit this museum during the "Winter of Tim". It's attached to the Barber race track and I was there for the AMA Superbikes. I made sure my flight back on Monday was late in the afternoon so I could spend a morning at the museum.
It was only just enough time - there were amazing bikes presented in really cool ways, from early board track racers through to the latest GP and Superbike racers, plus significant road bikes and all other sorts of bikes too.
They also have a bunch of cool racing cars - including some very nice F1 cars.
If you're into bike, especially if you're into racing bikes, you have to put this on your list of must see places - if you can tie your trip in with a race weekend, all the better.
