Barbacoa is slightly hidden (just north of Boston St) in Queen Anne.  But the place is always packed and rightly so.  They serve a great mix of Southwest inspired dishes at reasonable prices.  From the name I thought it was going to be more of a barbecue place but they mix it up.  A nice ceviche-like appetizer and a tasty brisket are alongside things like enchiladas.  I'd really like to go back for the Queso Fundido as it looked fantastic.
