I often find myself attracted to underdog, new places that don't appear to be doing good business---especially when a mani/pedi goes for $20.  I have to say that overall my experience was ok.  But the woman was uber-efficient and seemed like she was rushing - strange, considering there was no one else there.  I am always a little grossed out when the pedicurist takes my own cuticles, cuts them off, and puts them right back into the very water where my feet are soaking.  I know they're my own, but isn't it true that once things are off you they immediately become gross (think: your own hair, etc.).  

I also didn't love their selection of polish.  They carry Dante brand and a few Esse selections.  I always find Dante brand impossible to get off, and I have a feeling it's not the highest quality stuff.  

Since the place is new everything is clean and barely used---so that's a plus!
