It's nice to finally find a chinese food place that actually gives you white meat without having to ask!!! We ordered takeout last night so I can't say much about dining there but the place looked nice & as for the food it was all very tasty and I didn't feel sick and tired after I ate. Such a good find!

In a county with a dearth of good Chinese restaurants, this is one of the best Americanized Chinese places. Aberdeen is an authentic Chinese restaurant, and Imperial Wok and David Chen are the only other Americanized choices worth their salt. Bao's is far superior to the last two.

Bao's is pleasant, has very good food, good drinks, and excellent service.

The only downside is the exorbitant fees that White Plains charges for parking.

I ate at Bao's recently with a friend, and I was very pleasantly surprised.  I have food allergies, most notably to wheat and soy, so Chinese food can be extremely difficult.  The manager took great care of me.  My friend and I shared velvet corn chicken soup, which was delicious.  For my main course, I had steamed chicken and vegetables sauteed in a white sauce, without the soy oil that they usually use.  The food tasted great, my stomach didn't explode afterward, my skin didn't break out in hives, and the price was really reasonable!  I have a feeling I'll wind up back at this place again soon.

Dry, almost tasteless chicken.  Bland rice.  It tasted like they bought chinese food at the mall food court across the street and then let it sit around for a while.  I went there a few times at lunch, but never for dinner, which I hear is much better.  Maybe lunch is made from dinner leftovers.
