We started our account here with a nice guy named Randall. He was very helpful in working out some issues we had during our first few weeks, and has always been friendly and available when I needed further banking assistance. This location is in a Dominick's, and has weekend hours. Highly recommended.
Althought I hate the impersonalization of using a bank such as bank one, they do offer a lot and are easy to use. They have atm's everywhere along with plenty of bank branches. If you're going to use a large bank, pick them.
