screw this bank location!!! They lost my girlfriend's deposit of almost 500 dollars and refuse to give it back. Won't give it back because she lost the receipt and the deposit was in cash, so there was no proof of the transaction. Human error my ass....probably deposit it into their own wallet. That's why my girl friend close her account and went to washington mutual.

Our of all the Bank of Americas I have been to, this one tops it off! Service is always fast and friendly, even the manager comes out to help when he sees a line forming.

Bank tellers are great and patient. Personal accountants are also very helpful when opening up a new account.

Fast. Assertive. Friendly. Great follow up.

Parking is hard around here but man...these people know what they are doing and know what the definition of "customer service" is.  I lost my ATM card and one of the nice gentleman kindly replaced it for me in a mere days. He called later to follow up which was very thoughtful.

Definitely recommend this branch.

I never wait more than a minute for service, and the tellers are always very friendly. They usually have someone managing the lobby that helps to expedite your transactions, also.
I'm not sure why there is always a line for the ATM when its so quick and nice inside!
