"All I needed was a cashier's check.
I went it and there were a few people. I didn't wait long.
I asked for a cashier's check and all was going fine, til the teller asked me what I wanted the check to say. I told her and she typed it all in. When she asked me to check it, the only misspelling was apartments she put in 2 P's.
I told her and she got all huffy about it.
Damn it, she asked me and I told her.
She all of a sudden got rude with me and in her native tongue started saying something to her co-worker next to her and just plain ignored me. I know she was saying something about me, because that co-worker looked me up and down.
She had me sign for it and that was it.
Handed it to me in an envelope and waited for me to leave.
I smiled and told her to have a good day."

By far one of the best Bank of America's around.  The staff here always tries there hardest to delight customers.  I think the layout of the branch is terrible and that there aren't enough teller windows, but it's hard to hold the staff accountable for that.
