Ok... after reading another's review I decided to go up to this branch and open an account.  the original man that helped me, don't remember his name, was nice, but wouldn't give me an account.. told me my last bank had put something in check systems. I was disappointed, confused and a little pissed. I went all the way up there.... walked... it was a nice walk though.. anyway, I went up there for nothing. A few weeks later, I got around to contacting my old bank.. they didn't know what he was talking about and sent me a check systems print out. I returned to the Band of America, still wanting an account at this branch, and was help by Donna Bell. She was wonderful, very helpful, and I got the best account to fit my current situation. She looked me up in check systems.. nothing.. I don't know what the first guy did..  I'll give him crap next time I see him up there. ;p

My dissatisfaction is really with the corporate entity more than this specific branch (although, really, managers, stop stalking the line asking if you can help with anything. You know damn well we're all there to make deposits. If you want to make yourself useful, fix the ATM so we can make deposits via machine the way God intended).

Anydeposit.

Bank of America, you make me want to cry almost weekly. Why can't you provide your customer service reps with one, all-encompassing computer screen where they can access EVERYTHING? Why are you making me traverse seven thousand levels of hell in order to find out why my bill-pay service has been frozen? Why do you even use words like 'frozen' in your online error messages? Do you know how that freaks people out?

We need to break up.

Am I really doing this? Yelping about B of A? NO.

I am yelping about Donna Bell, the senior personal banker onsite.

Someone managed to steal all my money from my bank account. FUN!

Donna rocked my shit, she knows her stuff and hooked me up in every way possible. When I went back a week later to gain more understanding once my shock and pain had worn off, I waited in the little waiting area until Donna was free.

I generally do everything Mom and Pop, indie shop as much as I can.  At least this is one branch that isn't overrun with 22 year olds who don't know squat, and there are at least several women here over 40 who are awesome. Most places just fire people when they get that old (I can say that, being that "old") so they can pay someone minimum wage or as close to it as they can.

Donna Bell rocks, and the tellers here are always nice. Even those 20 somethings. (I kid, I joke.) Shouts out to Reva, Parisa and I feel bad for not knowing the names of the others - they really are that nice here!

Addendum: Insane, huge mad props and love to tellers Stella, Reva, Candice and Melina.
