Holy cow, am *I* the one who get the "First to Review" for this new BOA? HA, I guess I am!
I'm giving it four stars, based on the look of it and the location of it. Previously, I'd have to walk to the one on 5th Avenue but now its right by Union Square, so its great for utter convenience.
And since its new, it still has very clean, brand spanking new ATM's, which I just love. And there are more than a few ATM's so there's never a waiting line. And of course its 24 hours so that always goes a long way.
I'm sure i'll deduct more stars later on when it comes to their stupid surcharges and the fact that deposits still take a month to get processed. Okay thats an exaggeration but it feels like a month.
