The bank was easy to find in a very busy area. We pulled in and it was pretty easy to find parking. I went into the bank and the service was very friendly. I was there a little after lunch so there wasn't a line at all. They got me in and out very quickly.

Getting in and out of the parking is a little difficult because there are many one way and no U turns in this area.

There are many B of A's that I can go to, however I do most of my transactions at the Mccarthy ranch in Milpitas.  This branch is the best B of A in my opinion because it doesn't matter what time of day you come in here or what day of the week. There is a greeter at the door that is pretty much always happy and greets you when you enter.  They don't like for their customers to stand in line and wait, so they do whatever they can to get you out quickly.  

The branch managers name is Diana Hsu.  She is fabulous.
I don't want to take any risks and go through other mortgage companies , so I came to Diana for help with purchasing another property.  She was so helpful, patient, easy to talk to, thorough and just on top of everything.  

I was in the market for another home and wanted to make sure that the selling agents would take my offers once I found something that I loved.  She pre approved me and gave me a certificate so that selling agents would more likely accept my offer. It worked of course, so the process continues.

I felt very at ease with her because she's not pushy at all. She shops around for the best rates for me and explains everything. This is what I call Great Customer Service.  thanks Diana!
