I'm not a fan of big anything- big banks, big food chains, big ladies. But this B of A makes big feel small. It's still old school like it was back in the late 70's early 80's the way the building still looks. It's huge! The people that work here (at least the older ones) have been here for years! And they remember my name (probably because I haul in boat loads of cash at a time).  It's one of the few banks that I'm happy to see the older tellers over the younger, hotter ones. The people here are always friendly and always eager to help- and not be an obstacle.
I asked one of the tellers why the bank was so huge. She told me that they used to have huge filing cabinets to hold all the paperwork for their customers. With modern computing technology, there is no longer the need for all the filing cabinets, so now it's just the big, open bank. The hardware is old, some of the people are older- but it's what you call keeping it real, and keeping it intimate.

#250 Considering the amount of foot traffic I see at this location, I'm surprised there haven't been any new reviews of the place in more than three years. Though, the lack of reviews should definitely not be a testament to the quality of this particular Bank of America branch. First of all, Sergio R. is totally right about the fact that you CAN. FIND. PARKING. The Village is never bursting to the seams with visitors, so there's ample space within a 1-2 block radius. Not to mention, with 4 ATM stations, people are always coming and going, so a spot will definitely free up before you know it. The employees are especially friendly here, as are most service representatives all throughout the Village (location, location, location, people!). However, I knocked off a star just for the fact that this place is in desperate need of an upgrade. They've given their ATM's a glossy, new look, but the inside is dreadful - '70s colors and decor galore. =\ Everything is also strangely placed incredibly far apart inside, which confuses me. Regardless, it's definitely my favorite BofA.

    Outstanding service
    Great people
    Even the customers are nice!

Rarely do I step inside (ATM), but when I do it's always a pleasant experience. When I make my half a year trip to exchange my rolled up coins, they make me feel like they're thankful for them. "Thank you so much for these rolls up coins, Sergio. I love counting them. Hope I get you again next time :)"

There's street parking, ATM parking, private BofA parking, and then public parking - you're gonna find parking

When going to Europe for the summer they advised me that travelers checks weren't really necessary. I was gonna be staying in Germany and Deutsche Bank withdrawals are free of charge. I know they're for emergency purposes but I just took a lump of cash out when I arrived, stored it, and I was good.

Non-teller services can take a while due to lack of staff at the desks...but even then it's usually under 10mins
