I recently finished working on a project with Tammy of BanCal Property Management. She commissioned me as a designer to remodel the bathrooms and kitchens in two of her rental units in the Marina. Not only was she on top of everything that was going on with the project, she also determinedly and politely pushed the project through to completion while keeping track of all the details. She immediately found and vetted a new client for the vacant unit (at a very good price) and worked with the tenants in the occupied unit to keep them happy. If I owned rental property I would hire her in a heartbeat to manage it. She is also a very nice person.

We are a boutique property management company whose primary focus is the day to day oversight of the property operations, leasing and administration of apartment buildings 8 to 30 units and commercial buildings 5,000 to 50,000 square feet.
Meet the Business Owner: Tammy M.
Tammy took over Bancal Property Management in 2008 and continues to carry on the unique boutique approach that has been the cornerstone to Bancal's success over the years. She is a licensed broker with over 11 years of experience with the leasing and property management of residential and commercial properties in San Francisco. She started her career in property management as a resident manager of a 24-unit luxury apartment building in the Marina District of San Francisco. Her enjoyment and success as a resident manager led her to a long term career in property management. As a long time resident of San Francisco as well as a property owner herself, she appreciates the uniqueness of the market and brings her years of expertise and great enthusiasm to the company.
