Stay away!  Unless you love frat living and people peeing on your door stoop that is.  

The hallways are cement so you can hear everything that goes on outside.  For example, think of being in bed, late at night, and hearing the puking noises of guys who couldn't make it to the bathroom.  These same dudes, I think, most likely were too nerdy to get into a frat in college and feel they have some making up to do.

The lofts themselves are severely over priced and....well, just perfect for people who miss high school and being popular.

I say if mommy and daddy will foot the bill, alright.  Otherwise look elsewhere.
