Five stars? Um no.  We went to Ball Honda to check out lease deals on a 2008 Accord or Civic.  The test drive went fine, but when the sales guy- who was fine- handed us off to the closer, my wife and I (she a contract attorney, me a trial attorney) were left shaking our heads at the high pressure sales technique, including signing a statement that said we would buy once we agreed to terms.  What is that supposed to mean?  Of course you buy when you agree to terms.  They also wasted about 1/2 hour of time when all we wanted from them was a piece of printed paper listing the offers for various lease terms with various down payments.  Total bummer, and their sales technique may have cost them a customer.

They sold me a LEMON! But you know what they say...when life gives you lemons, sue Honda until they give you a new car! And they did. So...CURSE YOU BALL HONDA! But thank you for replacing my car with a shiny new one.

I have bought two cars from Ball and they have taken pretty good care of me both time. In December of '97 I bought a '98 Integra GSR which was my first NEW car. The sales folks at Ball patiently answered all my questions and walked me through everything required to buy a new car. When I came back in 2003 to buy an RSX I let them know I was a return customer and they gave me the royal treatment. In fact, the sales manager went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. But the services doesn't stop with the sale. Any time I've taken the car in for repair they've made sure I had a loaner and washed my car before I took it home. The body shop has done a couple of insurance jobs for me and have always done a wonderful job. The Ball family seems to really care about the customer and go out of their way to give you the most pleasant experience they can! Ball is a top notch shop and my next car will be a Ball purchase!
